These folks were extremely abusive on the phone. They cursed, spoke derogatorily, and were just plain cruel.

Apex has come to our 3 apartment home a hand full of times and has always been fast and efficient…read more Knowing the problem almost immediately after arriving and fixing it. He's replaced one of the furnaces, unthawed one of the hardest frozen pipes issues we've had, replacing parts accurately-knowing it was the issue without second guessing himself, replaced our shower values which are hard to get out but he seems to have every tool for any job needed. Replacing our hot water heater and more. I'll be honest and say we tried a few others for lower prices for all of them to fail and having to call apex to finish the job n mess from the 1st person that they couldnt figure out(like 4 different companies). Lesson learned for sure! N for the value- the price for the professionalism N without braking other things like other people have in the process is worth calling them everytime now! 5 Stars! -Lindsay BENNINGTON VT.

While they were here I explained an issue I was having in the main bathroom, they removed the toilet and again immediately explained the problem. They were so great and so helpful that they will be returning to install a new toilet! I HIGHLY recommend these techs, who arrive on time. Ps I'm an older female and I appreciate their consideration towards me. And they were amazing with our dogs, so amazing!

John Kelly installed a unit in my Vermont home in 2014. He has been a tough man to get hold of…read morewhen needed, after the job is done. Sadly I needed him every year there after. The unit has needed one part or another every single year.. Aside from and in spite of annual upkeep, he has cost me additional money every single year. Now I have learned that the unit was vented improperly and had a significant effect on the fresh air circulation. Which in turn has cause soot build up on the unit. More money. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with John over the past year via email or voicemail. Unsuccessful in both areas. It is both sad and frustrating to put your trust in someone who claims to be a professional. Find someone else.

John was a pleasure to work with. We have a second home in Vermont that was without a furnace…read moreheading in to late October. I was having all sorts of trouble getting anyone to call me back and schedule a date to come even look at it...until I called John. I called at 5pm in the evening, expecting to get a call back later that week. He called me at 6:30pm, and went to see the job within 2 days. The quote was very fair, and significantly below the one other person I had been able to get to look at the job. A week and a half later, we had a new furnace and new hot water heater, 2 days ahead of schedule. John communicated with me daily, let me know of anything unexpected, and was on time and on budget. Managing repairs from afar is always a challenge, but John made it easy with great communication, including pictures. He even checked in with me 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to call John again. Truly a professional.

Truly amazed by how great this company is. In 2016 decided to build a new home. We were unsure…read morehow to heat/cool our house. Very limited options where we built. Someone suggested Geothermal. Did a little research and found this company. From the beginning, from the first meeting at their office, until the closing on my house, their professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and willing to work with me on my vision, was nothing short of exceptional. Even after the closing when I was having water issues, not directly related to the Geothermal system, they continued to go above and beyond to help address the issue and worked with me until it was resolved. The Geo system itself is incredible. It's quite, efficient, and hardly generates any electric. It's computerized as well so they can monitor the system from their office and adjust it to give me and my wallet the max benefits. I wouldn't choose any other geothermal company if you are considering geothermal. I'd choose them on their professionalism alone. Their involvement every step of the way was second to none. Start to finish, no one beats Aztech!

Can't say enough good about this company. Totally professional and trustworthy from top to bottom…read more Incredibly responsive, excellent communicators, and tops in meeting their commitments. In 2013 they installed my geothermal HVAC, retrofitting my 100 year old farmhouse without ripping it apart when they installed ductwork. They even incorporated my propane furnace (at my request) to use that blower system and provide backup heat in severe cold. When the furnace blower failed earlier this year, they replaced it temporarily with a spare furnace of theirs, and now have installed the long term solution, a hydronic air handler with electric coil for back up on severe cold. So now my heat is efficiently provided just with electricity, and since I generate my own electric with photovoltaic, I now live in a near net zero home. No more propane bill, and I've paid in advance for a lifetime of electrify, so no more electric bills! And a home that is evenly heated and comfortable all the time. If you are considering geothermal, this is the company to contact. DO NOT go to a plumber! Aztech has real engineers who calculate heat loads after testing how tight the house is and design the system accordingly, not seat of the pants like your plumber.
