Walking in this office is like stepping back in time. But Doctor Cahill is the best and accurate…read moreform of parasite testing out there. And no it's not a stool test! That's crap! Lollll ! Pun intended.... Stool testing is not the best way to test parasites. Dr Cahill will educate you on that... facts : cash only 500$ first visit with blood work Follow up 350$ , not cheap but the next day you find out you have a parasite and you get your meds! Does not take insurance! Can use insurance to pay for blood work ( maybe) and for the meds to kill those parasites! Oh and by the way your partner has to do this too because if they don't the parasites will keep coming back and forth.. (and most of the time your partner does not have symptoms) interesting right!

For those who are still suffering from parasites. My story of successful treatment of whipworm/…read moreTrichuris. I saw Cahil 15 years ago and he unfortunately passed a few years ago. He diagnosed me successfully with Ameba and I treated it. But 10 years ago, I got whipworm and it is a long story. I tried so many treatments, and nothing worked. Usually, treatment is Albendazole for 3 days, but that DOESN NOT work; because it it only kills adult worms. Tried it multiple times. I was severely constipated and dehydrated for 10 years with bowel pain. Then two months ago, I read this report by some Spanish and other global doctors who successfully treated Trichuris. Below you find the link to their study. Their study in terms of clinical research done in several countries found that Albendazole COMBINED with Ivermectin cures albendazole. Why because Ivermectin eliminates the young worms; they must be combined. So here is the treatment they suggested, which I took I took: Albendazole 400mg combined with Ivermectin (small) 6 pills (according tomy weight 165 pounds) once a day in the morning at 9PM and Albendazole 400mg (without Ivermectin) at 9PM; 12 hours apart. And repeat the same for 3 days. And I also took Albendazole without Ivermectin for another day twice a day. I took Ivermectin and Albendazole with food something fatty, even though you usually don't take Ivermectin with fatty food for absorption. Wola! It cured it! I wanted to wait at least 2 months to see if it worked. All my constipation and pain are gone I have perfect stool, which I did not for 10 years! So, my advice is that if you're around animals, you're likely to have contracted this if you have similar symptoms. You need to try this. But of course, you could have other parasites Giardia or Ameba, Strongyloides that may mimic similar symptoms. Note that Ivermectin is usually used for Strongylosis, and taken on an empty stomach 2-3 hours before food; Strongylosis quite a serious disease; but strangely can eleminate it easily with one one single dose of Ivermectine based on weight. Anyway, I wanted to share my story since there are so many suffering from misdiagnosed bowel issues, since there are not many parasitologists like Cahil around who can diagnose properly. Most gastroenterologists have no clue about these parasitological diseases they usually choke them up to as IBS or Crohn's. Those are not proper diagnosis. They are descriptions of symptoms. OK,,,I'm not doing well with doctors at all! I went to this doctor to rule out any "infectious…read moredisease" as a possibility and/or diagnosis. Sores all over,,,spontaneous cuts with immediate scabbing and often, BLEEDING... Well, just another waste of my time, energy (I am so weak - I now have Cancer and can hardly stand) and of course the ridiculous amount charged to my insurance. All for what??? An obnoxious as hell, arrogant/condescending excuse for a doctor who put me on the table, lifted my shirt/ examined my back and with one quick look,,,surmised and diagnosed this problem which is all over my Body,,,as simply "not infectious as in parasitic. Well, you moron, it's most definitely INFECTIOUS because I am covered with these spontaneous scratches, sores and bleeding from my ear lobes through and including down to my right ankle which had profuse bleeding recently,,,,but he did not have interest in even looking at the barrage of "photos" I have documented. These aren't doctors but merely money hungry crooks who are plundering Medicare and my and your, SUPPLEMENTALS. No more Weill Cornell for me....my experience with this institution is "abominable" to say the least. Your an idiot and a pompous ASS not worthy to be calling yourself a physician. God, what does it take to find a real live DOCTOR (competent) in this freaking city!!!

Had a quick specialist visit this morning and I agree with the earlier review. Dr. Vielemeyer is…read morevery easy to talk to, pragmatic, and I trust him to take a holistic and non-judgmental view of the patient and the patient's conditions. I do wish this could be said about every MD. Not that I am looking to remain with illness, but in such event I would be glad to deal with Dr. Vielemeyer again.
