Unlike working in gyms and closed doors, I started training outdoors and him incorporating different methods and strategies, made it fun and an amazing experience. It's not only physical training but its mental as well and that's what makes his training different. He tailors the workouts to your specific goals, keeps things fun and interesting, and is just generally a great guy. I enjoy working out and fitness, but get stuck in a rut if I'm on my own. I will do the same thing over and over and over. In the near-weekly workouts we've had over the past two years, we always do something new. He has great exercises, many of which I do at home. Since I've had three kids, we focus a lot on core strength and stability ... my least favorite exercises ... but Lionell takes it way beyond boring planks and turns pretty much everything into a total body exercise. He runs an inspiring Instagram about fitness and diet, which helps keep me on track during the week. I'd highly recommend Lionell if you're looking for a trainer.
