The Madison looks like a pretty place to hold a wedding. There are beautiful chandeliers, nice wood…read morepaneling, and the room has enough space to hold all your wedding guests comfortably. That being said a lot of things are made up quite beautifully for weddings. Most good wedding decorators can make a Waffle House look pretty if given enough time and money to do such a thing. So I give a lot of credit to them and not so much the building at The Madison. I've seen thousands of weddings and this place doesn't wow you like some places. There is just too much wood going on here for my tastes. Hardwood floors and wood paneling! The prices are very reasonable here though so that is an important factor when shopping around for a reception hall.

It didn't get delivered until 2:30! I tried calling several times and got the complete run around. I was told three times my phone call would be returned within 10 minutes and didn't hear back either time; I had to keep calling them. I left several voicemails after that and they all went unreturned. I was told my spacewalk was running late and that it would be there around 2 but wouldn't be set yo until after then. The delivery guy called at 1:45 saying that he was just now picking it up. I ordered a fun jump, snowball machine with all the fixings for up to 25 people, a 10ft table and 6 chairs. The snowball machine only came win syrup. I had to use the cups I had bought for drinks which resulted in me running out of cups. My "10ft table" was a 5 foot table and the flimsiest chairs I've ever seen. The owners are jokes. They don't return phone calls. The delivery guy told me they don't have 10 foot tables or cups for snow-cones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The next day I spoke with the owner regarding my issues. He and his wife were extremely rude and unprofessional. They called me a liar and said that I was a "shitty person" for leaving them a bad review. He told me that nobody would ever rent a spacewalk to me again. He acknowledged that I did not get what I paid for and the service was bad. He told me that after I left a bad review he didn't even want to talk to me. I spoke with two other people after this that did not have anything to good to say about this company.

Miss Nancy and her staff were so organized and so kind to my daughter and the rest of the family, and they had this wedding run like a Swiss watch while at the same time being incredibly flexible. When I danced with my daughter and she looked at me and said " Everything is perfect " I was never so happy. I would recommend these folks without hesitation.
