This gem is located inside the new Hotel Herman K.
The restaurant entrance appears to be the same as the hotel entrance. Upon entering I was wowed by the beautiful bar and decor.
My husband and I share a drink in the lobby lounge while waiting for our friends. When our friends arrived we were escorted to the terrace lounge for pre-dinner drinks.
The restaurant vibe was lively but intimate, and the food was incredible!
The four of us shared a number of memorable dishes:
Oysters
Fried Baltic prawns, yeast emulsion and herb oil
Truffle sausage from Piedmont, summer truffle and rapeseed oil
Ceviche of brill, horseradish, grilled baby corn, bouillon of gooseberries and blackcurrant leafs
Hand dived Norwegian scallops, new baby salads,
leek flowers and sauce made from butter and soy
Roxis´s tartare, sorrel and grilled summer onions
Poached turbot, fricassee of summer mushrooms, kale and broad beans
Steak Au Poivre, Madagascar pepper, salted lemons and new beans.
Every dish was an explosion in your mouth! The staff here provided impeccable service and we left happy that we got to try this place for our final dinner in Copenhagen. read more
