I am absolutely horried at the service i received in roxboro branch library (which is in my area) on the 03/10/2013. My partner and I needed a letter printed off in the library as he works in the University hospital Limerick this was an important letter we needed printed off. I sat down at the computer i was given to by the librarian PAMELA BYRNE it said the computer was locked and needed a password to log onto so i asked her for it, she then proceeded with "why did you logg it off? it was on already" her tone of voice was so smart and rude i was shocked at this when she entered the password and the screen loaded she proceeded with "this is the screen" pointing to it i was so embarrased i immediatly got up and grabbed my bag to leave and i told her how embarrased i was and how 'belittled' i felt i then asked her for her name. I was so horrifed as i work in customer service myself for over three years i have never spoken to any customer in that manner and i am completely baffled on how she felt this was the way to talk to a customer. I will not be returning here and will cancel all memberships with my family also. I really needed to get a letter printed off this would'nt have taken me five minutes to do and as a result i could not get this done because i had to leave because of the embarrasment i recieved. read more
