Today they opened up one of the big slides which was awesome. 4$ to get in and a regular pool with a bball hoop. They open at 12:30 but some days it's closer to 1 when more life guards show up. Again I'm not bothered by it, we bring lunch and hang out all day. They have a large parking lot, a playground and splash pad that's no cost. It's alot of direction to venture into. The water park OMG massive slides, lazy river, kids sections, kid playground, swimming pool fun with basketball hoops what more could a kid ask for. Starbucks and ice cream store, a deli market, a bar and grill restaurant, a pizzeria there is plenty of options to eat. Arcade room available and mini golf as well. The cons are if you have older kids there is no outlets in the kid room in case you are thinking of bringing extra devices to entertain your big one. The outlets are in the main area and not easy to find. This lodge is cashless. They do not accept cash anywhere! Only credit card and debit card. They do have a cash card you can put monies on but just one time , so be sure to add up everything you plan on buying tax included because it's not a card you can reload. It does not give change back either AND it's a 2.00 fee to load. The arcade is the same way but you can reload on that card but it's a 2.00 fee initially. Staff was friendly and security was on campus. Parking is license plate based , they will ask for your plate number and after that you are free to park wherever fyi. Mini golf has its own outside section , it looked fun but just too cold to play. Wristbands are your keys. It's a $50 dollar fee to replace so make sure you guys keep that band attached. It' gets you in your cabin, water park, and activities around the place and stores if you attach to your credit card.

When we arrived, we were told our room had been given away and that there wasn't a room available for us. After a long wait, they eventually found us a room, but the check-in process was extremely disorganized. We spent nearly two hours waiting in line just to get checked in. Once we got to the room, it was not clean. There was debris all over the sheets, hair in the bathtub, and the overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect for the price we paid. The food was also very poor quality, overpriced, and made me sick. I've been dealing with nausea and vomiting since eating there. The water park was the only highlight of our stay, and that's the reason this review isn't one star. Unfortunately, the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, long wait times, and food quality completely overshadowed the experience. We will not be returning.

This park has a lot of potential. I can't wait to see what the Enchanted people do to/for it. There were a lot of rides down, like a lot a lot. Someone in the parking lot warned us as they were coming out and we were going in that "more than half the park is closed" and he wasn't wrong, but not being locals these were the two days on our road trip that we could come to this park. A bunch were down for the two days we were there with nothing to indicate they were going to open...Others had opened and closed a few times over the two days. There are walking paths that would have made life on this forty-something year old easier that were blocked off for the train tracks. (I imagine on years when they were better staffed they had someone at these spots to open and close the gates as needed for the train.) These spots would have saved a good amount of time, and some energy. It frustrating to see where you need to get to, but you have to walk pretty far out of the way...and in at least on spot down a steep hill and back up it so you go under the train to get there. The few restrooms I went in seemed clean enough...pretty good actually for an amusement park. The staff I encountered seemed nice enough....but should realize that if someone is getting an ADA pass because they don't get along with stairs, maybe let those people know it's going to be a rough day and elevators may as well not exist in this park. Really, there should be staff at the ride entrances for all of the rides. They should be able to tell you where the ada entrance to the ride is located. (The entrance to the ada isn't always obvious. It's often the exit to the ride, but if you've never done a ride before then you don't know where you're going to come out.) If there was a staff member at the entrance to each ride they could let you know that either the elevator doesn't work, or that you need staff to help you with the elevators? I'm not even sure if all of the elevators needed staff/ a key to operate, or if every one was just broken, but since you couldn't find an employee outside of the stations there was no one to ask, so either you're not riding or stuck figuring out the stairs. (Thank god for my husband and his patience) Long story short, they need to get their act together concerning ada/ride accessibility. They need to staff the park better.
