Because I wad in my home, I could get my feet done which was an extra treat. But the best part of all was how sensitive she was to this being a social time for my niece. She engaged her in conversation about goals and hopes at times but also backed out of conversation when it was just between the two of us. My niece and I got to bond and my niece also had confirmed her sense of belonging to the community of women. Thanks for being so wonderful!

I've been getting 18in hand-tied boyhme seamless weft extensions from her for a little over a year and I'm in love with them. No one ever knows and they're shocked when they find out I have extensions. My natural hair is past shoulder length, but not nearly as thick as I want it. Tyler is very flexible and if there's ever an issue she's quick to fit me in and fix it. My hair feels amazing and looks amazing and I would 1000000% recommend getting extensions with her if you've been thinking about it. Yes they're expensive, but the hair itself is expensive and when you think about the time put into it, some appointments can take 5-7 hours depending on what you get done, her pricing is really good and her work is worth it 100%.

I attended an event today where PNW was present, and my experience was completely ruined by one of…read moretheir staff members, BLANCA. What I witnessed was shocking and unacceptable -- she yanked a toddler by the arm simply because he grabbed some sand. The child was visibly terrified. If sand is too messy for staff to handle, it should not be provided for kids to play with, but under no circumstance is physically grabbing a child appropriate. Later, Blanca yelled at my own child for "drawing on the table," even though the table was already covered with orange crayon when we arrived and my child was using a blue marker with the cap still on. I explained this to her, but she continued to act harshly toward my child. This level of unprofessional behavior is extremely concerning for anyone working around children. I strongly urge PNW to review this incident, provide proper training for their staff, and reconsider who they have supervising children's activities. Families should feel safe bringing their kids to events like this but today, we did not!!! Please let me know who I can talk to about a formal complaint as grabbing children that are not yours is not ok!!!

I know this because I've worked with Nadia both as a wedding planner and as a wedding industry professional trying to change our industry. We first met in a class about inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in the wedding industry. We continued to cross paths with that work over the course of two years until, in May 2022, we finally got a chance to work together in-person at a wedding. This wedding wasn't easy. It was torrential downpours and fully outdoors save a few tents. And you know where Nadia was the whole time? Right out there alongside me in the pouring rain, showing up for the couple, their guests, and our fellow vendors. Throughout, she centered the couple and their joy, giving them time and space to feel all of the wonderful feels while also making sure they got what they hoped for in terms of photos. This care and professionalism is rare and it is special so again: Hire Nadia.
