We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. I used to have no issues with Paw Sweet Paw years ago but after just brining my 1yr old rescue here twice that was enough. First time he was return smelling awful, accidents happen. Second time boarding with them (12 hours) he was returned to me COVERED in both pee and actual poop on him. Before he was return the second time, the staff told me he had a "little accident" and asked if I wanted him bathed or just wiped down. After already waiting an extra 1.5 hours because of the cut operational hours, I said just wiped down him down and I'll bath him later. It was clearly not a little accident and wasn't even wiped down. The attendant brought him out less than a minute later. Wiping down a dirty, poop covered dog would take longer than one minute. The extent of the odor took 3 baths and he is now dealing with multiple stomach issues results in vomiting and diarrhea. He also was returned with a clearly visible scab and swelling on his nose. Trying to contact management has been extremely disappointing after a very disappointing 12 hr dog boarding visit. The asst. manager seemed to be the only one to take the time to respond and discuss these issues, but very limited to how she can remedy or alleviate some of these issues. I have been waiting for a week now on Janelle, the top Manager of both locations to reach out with fur to we discussions about the incredibly low standards, cleanliness, and overall care for our pets staying there. Seems like Janelle couldn't care less for the well-being of the dogs she is being entrusted to take care of while she is the one in charge from what I've been told.

With the exception of a couple of people that showed cared but they were not there when diego supposedly showed his teeth. Diego is a very lovable small dog, he is not a big vicious dog, and is very strange that at Paws Chateau he NEVER shows teeth or does any of the things you said, in fact, all of the staff there love Diego, and he has fun with the other dogs. In your daycare you guys never even checked to see if he was up to date with vaccines, just like you probably don't check anyone else's . So it surprises me that this facility says they care for the animals.The truth is that you are right, digo likes to cuddle or be loved and the staff was too busy on the phone to be paying attention to him.

John is a really great trainer, and we're very happy with the results. Before training, Ghost had a lot of typical puppy behaviors -- digging, biting and chewing slippers, getting into things he shouldn't, etc. After he came home, those behaviors were basically gone. What impressed us the most is that the training really lasted. Ghost has now gone through his teenage phase, which we were honestly expecting to be a little chaotic , but he's still such a good dog. He understands boundaries, listens well, and is very easy to live with. Looking back, sending him to John at 4 months old gave him a really strong foundation, and we can still see the difference 7 months later.
