Not only did they leave my entire home spotless--like, actually spotless--they went above and beyond with little touches that made a big difference. They even did adorable towel and toilet paper art in each bathroom! Think hotel-level presentation but in your own home. They were professional, efficient, and treated my space with so much care. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely want their clients to be happy. Definitely will have them be our regular cleaners from now on for their biweekly services!

On the day of service, 2 cleaning ladies arrived closer to 1 pm and were finished by 2:30. I was charged $350. I was assured the $50 overcharge would be refunded. After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Quality of the cleaning was good but would not recommend based on poor business practices.

She pays attention to even the smallest details, there are never fingerprints or water spots left on the faucets. The price is very reasonable as well. In addition to her excellent cleaning skills, she is extremely reliable and always finishes on time. She is very detail-oriented and can work independently, so I rarely have to worry about anything related to the Airbnb cleaning. She also takes care of replacing items such as shampoo and other supplies when they run out. She is very thoughtful as well and often anticipates what needs to be done ahead of time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaner.

They went above and beyond what I asked and there are parts of our home we are amazed to see so clean. We will be hiring her and her team to come by our home at least once a month, and hopefully continue to have her with us even when we move into our permanent home. The team is very responsive and professional, and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for incredible and reliable cleaners. Thank you so much, Leincy!

The day of the appointment they no-showed and when I messaged them to see if they were still coming they started making up a bunch of reasons why they couldn't come and how the appointment was confirmed on my end, but not on theirs (which makes no sense). It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out. I stand by my review. I've attached some screenshots of our conversation which speak for themselves. UPDATE #2: The business has replaced their original comment with an equally factually inaccurate comment. Rather than addressing each individual false comment they post, I will continue to let my screenshots do the speaking.
