Patrik and the other staff here make this place stand out from other Round tables locations. This location serves consistently good pizza, the staff are polite and professional. Patrik goes above and beyond to remember his customers and their order and we really appreciate that about him. He also recommends deals if we forgot them. There is not anything too special about the decor at this location other than they boast a small arcade and claw section. All in all this location, while a bit tucked away, provides a consistently good pizza and has staff that go an extra mile, well worth visiting if you are craving pizza! read more

I have ordered numerous delicious pizzas from this Round Table and their delivery is always on time or early. Today, I went in to pick up my pizza at 7, which is the time that I gave them. Because it was not ready and I had to wait about 20 more minutes, the Manager; Patrick came out to offer me a refund and also a free refreshment drink. He didn't need to do this, but I was very happy to accept the offer. I received my fresh very hot pizza shortly after and I so appreciated their great customer service. read more

Round Table Pizza is my hands down favorite pizza chain, and this one is a regular 'ol decent location. Definitely not the best, but not the worst either. If you're looking for that classic Round Table taste, you'll get it here. This location is located on the end of a strip mall and can be a little difficult to find. It's a little old, but not in a good classic way. The dining area should really get a refresh as there isn't much charm to the restaurant. It's like this place was opened in the late 90's and never updated. It could really use a little love in that department. If you're coming here for the buffet, be prepared for a smaller sized pizza buffet. The pizzas are there, but the area for the buffet is rather small. It's serviceable, and I've been to a lot worse, but it isn't a great buffet experience. Again, a refresh in this area would do wonders for this restaurant! I love RT enough to just hanker down and eat the pizza, but I think many folks looking for a great pizza buffet may skip over this one. My usual go-to way to order at this restaurant is to just get the pizzas to go. The pizzas taste great and you know exactly what you're getting. I personally recommend the West Coast Combo or the Italian Garlic Supreme if you like pizza's that hit that great savory sweet spot. Hadn't ordered from here in a long time so I decided we would switch it up from our normal pizza place (Delish). BIG mistake! I ordered through door dash so I was unable to get my full refund. Went to round table on pioneer Ave today first walked in there are about 9 people working in the back and it took at least 10 min to get someone to take my order. I ordered a sports pack and received my pizza in like 20 min wich was fine but they never brought out my garlic twist or my wings. By this time we were done eating our pizza then asked if they could do anything for not bringing out the rest of our food there response was it would be out in 5 min wich took another 20 min before we received it. I used to love this place. The buffet was really good and customer service was awesome. I'm basing this review from my delivery experience. Delivery took over an hour and the pizzas were pale and looked unbaked, so much that I had to cook them a bit longer in my own oven. On top of that, they go super skimpy on their tomato sauce. It almost looked like I had ordered no sauce. Crappy pizza, long wait for delivery. No thanks. I'm running out of pizza joints in Woodland. Most suck now! Update: 5/18/2018 Went in today for their lunch buffet. There was about two tables with customers and that was it, yet ALL the tables were dirty. There was a few people working behind the counter, chilling. Why didn't management send someone to clean the tables? Ok, when we first walked in, I noticed the dirty tables, second thing I noticed, was the strong stench or RAID. Someone was trying to kill some insects and it smelled really bad in there. Third thing I noticed, was the lack of pizza. It was 12.20 and they stopped bringing pizza out. No cinnamon twist or macaroni refills. The salad bar was getting empty and no one was tending to it. By this time, there was a line of people waiting to eat and there was no pizza ready. I don't blame the staff, most are kids; I do point all fingers at Poot management. I normally won't leave this poor of a review, but this is the exception. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited the predetermined time and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, I noticed some very agitated customers waiting for their orders... I soon became one of them. There were plenty of employees behind the counter and preparation area, but no one's orders were being served. I waited for 45 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my pizza. During this time, I was told several times that my order was almost done. Several people demanded their money back and left. One of the orders was a pepperoni pizza, just like what I ordered. It was just sitting up there and the person who ordered it had already left. I told one of the employees to just give that one and I'd be on my way, since I've been standing around for 45 minutes. He wouldn't do it. He instead took it back to the employee's area so they could eat it later. I then asked again... where's my order? He looked and said they were just making it. They lied to me twice saying it was almost done, and then took an abandoned order that was the same as mine and kept it for themselves. At that time I demanded my money back and didn't even get a apology of any sort. Never again! Round Table has always been our pizza place, but not anymore. Friday evening, aprox 7 pm, my husband, mother and I decide to eat Pizza out rather than delivery and we choose Round Table - a little more expensive than the take out options we normally go with. We order a large Pizza and then ask for a Garden Salad "Family" $8.99, listed on the menu. We are told they do not offer that salad for dining in - only for ToGo! No where on the menu does it say that. They said they only offer salad bar for dine in. That would mean with meal price is $6.99 each. Regardless of us mentioning that the menu offers the Family Salad option they are not willing to honor their publication. An unsatisfied customer was ok with them. If we were not such a big production to go out to dinner we would have left, got in the car and gone elsewhere. My husband walks with a cane, due to a stoke. Mom has dementia and does not walk well so when we go out we move her around in a wheelchair. It is a production every time we get in and out of the car. We ate a large King Arthur's Supreme, the meal would not have been so disappointing but the Linguica was "rank". We placed an online delivery order for the kids/parents unite special and were expecting to wait over an hour according to the expected delivery time and are very pleased we received our order in under an hour! Yay! Round Table is one of my favorite chain pizzas on the west coast and I was actually very skeptical about ordering(out of towners) when I saw the low stars status for this particular location(Woodland, Ca.). I'm really glad we ordered anyways. The pizzas arrived hot and its delicious! The toppings are ample and they actually read the notes I placed on this online order. Plates, napkins, cheese, and peppers. The delivery guy was kind and polite and made sure I had everything before he left. The kids are happy, and the adults are happy; we will definitely be ordering from here anytime we're in the area from now on. read more

The customer service have really gone down hill. When I came into the restaurant the cashier was helping the guest in front of me. After she finished with that guest she ignored me. I guess she was doing some paperwork which is fine. But all she had to say was, "I'll be right with you". Instead she kept her head down and continued to sort her paperwork. Keep in mind that we did make eye contact. If I hadn't already made my order and if they didn't have my contact information I would have left. So I'm standing there waiting to be called up, another employee is standing there watching me, watching the girl pretend that I'm not there. Instead of telling her that there's a guest he just stood there. Also, there was another employee at the front counter standing there eating food out of round table box. Shouldn't she be eating her lunch in the back? I'm hoping that this was just a one time occurrence and not something that is going to be ongoing. This type of behavior might have worked in the past, but with Woodland opening up several pizza joints. This is the WORST Round Table Pizza in Northern California! We ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday while at the bar. We waited the hour for them to deliver(after SPECIFICALLY asking to be delivered to the bartender), no call no nothing after their supposed delivery. We had to call them! After haggling with supervisor on duty he said it would be ANOTHER half hour for our pizza to be remade and brought back.. it ended up taking a total of two hours for our pizza. They didn't apologize or offer to compensate us in any way for their mistake. This isn't he first time this has happened and seems to be a common occurrence. The place was quiet on this lovely Tuesday, I took my son to dinner with the family for his birthday. It was clean, and overall pretty chill as we got there. We sat down, ordered from a really nice employee who checked in on us the whole time. The pizza is kind of pricey, but I can't really complain because it was good pizza. We got a basic extra large pepperoni pizza and it fed all 5 of us just fine. This is actually my first time here, I always seem to forget about it because it's tucked away in the shopping center but the service was great & the pizza was good as well. My dad ordered a pizza online at 6:30pm for delivery. 7:30pm he called to see the ETA, he was told pizza would be delivered in 10-15 min. He called again at 8:05pm and spoke with a different person and they told him that pizza was delivered at a different address, that money would be refunded and a pizza would be sent to him next week, my dad asked for the pizza today and the person said ok. 9:30pm my dad called again to see what happened, the guy said that his money was already refunded and they didn't make the pizza. We went here on Sunday night and the service was by Far the most horrible service I have ever received from Round Table, ever. So much so, that I felt compelled to write this. We showed up at 9:30 and were told that we can only take out, dine in was not available (even though they close at 10pm). After letting the lady know that we still have a half hour, she said they lock the doors at 10pm, so we can't eat there. I asked for the manager and she said she was the assistant manager (LOL). I asked for the GM's name and she said it was Rhonda. Rhonda needs to do much, much more training. The GM/Owner should know better than to hire a bunch of snot nosed high school kids that are more interested in clocking off so they can go party. That was the obvious motivation as to why were not allowed to dine in. They also said they ran out of pizza dough, so they could only make one more pizza. Management/Ownership needs to get their heads out of their rear and realize that they are running a business, not a day care for irresponsible teenagers. Corporate needs to shut this location down. It is an impediment to your brand. It is the exact opposite of what Round Table should be. I will be writing corporate a letter of my experience. read more

NEVER ORDERING AGAIN! When I first moved to woodland it was actually pretty good. A bit overpriced but with coupons it was fine. Since the pandemic (which you would think restaurants would be putting out good quality food so you return) we have had terrible experiences. We ordered pizza, salad and bread the other night. The pizza was skimpy, the salad was old and brown and the garlic bread tasted as if it had been microwaved. We called and complained and they took the price down from the salad and that was it. I ordered my pizza at 3:25pm for a 5pm pick up so my husband could grab it on his way home from work. I ordered a combo deal of a 1 topping pizza, 6 garlic twists and a 2 liter Coke. Husband shows up at 5pm to pick up the order and it's not done. In fact, it was just going in the oven. So, he's currently sitting in the lobby waiting for our order that should've been done 20 minutes ago.
