Had a great experience at this location, recently. They have amazing beer deals on Thursdays - $4 pints! The pizza we got was amazing and loaded with toppings (half supreme veggie and half supreme). The employees weer helpful and accommodating. It being kid friendly with all arcade games and toy dispensers for entertainment was a huge plus for our toddler. We will be back! read more

The establishment is great, clean , food is great everything soo fresh. I love this place! On the other hand, the lady that helped us at the register and took our order was rude! She did let us know she was by herself. I then went to ask for a clean plate for unlimited salad bar and she gave me a bad look and said listen that is for one trip salad ! I'am by myself I'll give you a clean plate but next time use the same one . I just wanted pizza and salad for lunch, not someone to talk to me like that and infront of customers. I will come back , but if she is here , I might consider leaving. read more

Definitely a good establishment for this reputable pizza chain. PROs: Easy easy to park. There's always plenty of employees so it's easy to order, get drinks, and get your food delivered to your table. The food usually comes out pretty quick as well. The decor is on point for a sit down pizza joint. Nothing upscale, but the floor isn't slimy either. I prefer the barbecuing, supreme pizza, and any of the IPA beers. Special shoutout to the Danny - he always kills it. He should be bumped up to supervisor. Tristan and Dante are always attentive and professional too. CONs: sometimes the beers in the taproom will have too much foam, but if you ask the person working the register, they'll give you a key to give you more beer and refill your glass without charging you to make up for the foam. Worst case just ask for the manager and they'll take care of you. The bathrooms could use a renovation to bring it up to the times. read more

Sooooo first off i LOVE round table ! This location is awesome ! Very friendly staff; it was empty when i got there and while i ate but the vibe was still nice ! There was a funny and very welcoming cashier lady. Don't know her name but i appreciated her bubbly personality ! & the cook was just as friendly ! I will be back just because of them ! Round table has nostalgic importance to me, especially the Tierrasanta location. I've had numerous sports banquets there as a kid. I haven't been back much as an adult, but I recently became a coach and continued the tradition of bringing the players here. It's got a lot of seating and portions to share. The pro/con of this place is that everyone waits in one long line to order. sometimes the line is crazy long and other times no one is there. They've been short staffed the last 2 times I was there so I feel for the people behind the counter - a mob of hungry people waiting in a painstakingly slow line can't be the most pleasant once they get to the front. But they staff have always been hustling so make sure you tip hard work when you see it! They have a new system to get beers where you get a wristband and use it to fill up your pint and charge it to your account. In the 3 times I've been there in the last 6 months, I've seen some issues with the system/kegs so I always order a pitcher at the counter instead so I don't have to deal with that. Also, the wristband isn't great if you want to buy someone a beer because the wristband won't overserve you and will cut you off whether you've actually consumed the drink or not. The pizza is good, but I haven't has many bad pizzas in my life. I don't recall anything remarkable about the pizza, but perhaps that's a good thing. A solid pizza joint with cold beer, lots of seating, and a salad bar... its worth checking out. read more

I wanted to order a pizza wanting to use a coupon I received in the mail with the address/store location listed on the coupon. I was informed that this location does NOT accept coupons. I cannot believe that a brand name such as Round Table would not accept PRINTED coupons listing this location! No wonder we and many others do not go to Round Table anymore. I will NEVER have another Round Table pizza. They used to be the best, but in the last 3 or so years they have declined to the point they can disappear and I would be happy! I love all of the different types of pizzas here. They are open for dine in and carry out. They are usually always busy so expect delivery time to be 30 min to 1 1/2 long. That is what we have experienced on several occasions. It is much faster to pick up your pizza. If they get your order wrong, they will make you a knew one for free or give you your money back, that's been our experience. They have family friendly events here. The last one we went to supported military families! They had games, prizes, face painting and more. We love this location and the staff are all friendly. The restaurant is spacious, they have a small game room and bathrooms are small but clean. Download their app for discounts and earn points towards food items. We will continue to order from here, it is definitely our favorite pizza place! read more

Ordered take out, a Large King Arthur's Supreme Deluxe. This pizza has loads of toppings and is delicious! The crust was crunchy, the pizza wasn't dripping with oil, the toppings were well distributed and fresh. Was quoted 25 minutes and it was done right on time. They give napkins, Parmesan cheese and Red pepper flakes upon request. Location: In a small tight parking lot with a number of businesses in the area. Not easy. A bit pricey, but significantly better quality than most of the well-known competition. Would recommend! read more

I went to there last Thursday with a friend to catch up with a couple of beers. They had their $4 Thirsty Thursday deal. Service was okay. When going to pay the total came out to about $17 and I tipped $2. Looking at my credit card statement, I was charged $50. I called today for a Manager and there was none there. The manager (sadly I didn't catch his name) and crew were so accommodating that it turned my whole day around. Thank you! That was the worst service I've experienced in quite some time. As I approached the register to order, a short/stocky guy with dark, shaggy, messy hair and untrimmed beard approached from the prep/oven area after having just put food in his mouth. As he was chewing with his mouth open and wiping his hands on something (definitely not washing), he made it clear without talking that I should speak first. I placed my order and made it through the checkout process by interpreting his mumbles. I'd have grabbed a name if anyone was wearing a name tag. My pizza was left sitting under a heat lamp because nobody told me it was ready. I was sitting right in front of the counter. What a terrible experience. I seriously hope he wasn't the manager. And if he wasn't, I'm not sure what the manager was doing. Clearly not paying attention. read more

Their excuse, some vague problem with their ovens. Whatever, you messed up. Long story short, overpriced pizza that may or may not show up. We arrived at 455 pm. There were 2 people before us who had already ordered. At about 530 pm I saw one guy leave with 5 boxes. At 555 pm the line was out the door and we still didn't have our pizza and there were 8 or 9 people still waiting for to go orders. At 6 pm we asked for plates and utensils and we were told (politely) "yes. Sorry, we're still getting set up". What? You opened at 11 am. Why are you still getting set up an hour AFTER the rush started? (for the record I know that's not the employee's fault) I understand that there may difficulties when short handed, but it does not take an hour to make a pizza. I posted this at 615 and I still have not got our pizza yet, but there are people leaving with full bellies. Edit: turns out they actually lost our order and had to remake it. The only problem i have with Round Table , besides the fact they pack up the salad bar @ 8:30 is the fact that the two high school girls running this location (Tierrasanta) didnt especially look like they just completed theyre Serv Safe Certification or whatever'!!The Salad bar needed a good wipe down, and rotate the ingredients dont just fill on top of old stuff! Yuck! Definitely unprofessional, the one girl seemed more serious called her out cuz I was standing right there not trying to be dick , but if this bitch pours that macaroni salad on top of that dirty macaroni salad I asked be replaced im going to lose it! Besides food workers needing to be more passionate I FUCKING LOVE ROUND TABLE GREESY ASS PIZZA STILL MY FAVORITE REMINDS ME OF BEING A KID WITH GRANDMA RIP SYLVIA WARNER. Have been getting pizza here since I was a kid.... In the last couple years it's really gone to shit. By the time they deliver it it's usually cold, takes 2 hours, or taste like it's been sitting under the warmer all day. Really disappointing cuz round table is my absolute favorite. Tonight I ordered hoping it would be good but instead what I got again was barely warm pizza that actually had ranch spilled on a few slices yet they still boxed it up and closed it with a sticker. I had recently experienced a flare-up of a chronic illness, which significantly affected my well-being. During this episode,I had felt the need to smoke as a way to manage the heightened stress and discomfort caused by my condition. Right as we finished and were about to leave, a police car pulled up (it honestly looked like the officer was just stopping by to grab lunch). That's when an older lady employee from the restaurant suddenly came outside and said, "Do you mind moving down? The smoke is going into my restaurant." Fair request. We immediately responded respectfully with "Sorry miss," and started walking away to avoid any issue. But instead of leaving it there, she kept escalating the situation while they were already leaving, repeating things like "This is a family business, have some respect!" -- which didn't really make sense considering we had already apologized and were doing exactly what she asked. What made the whole thing feel strange was the timing. We had been standing there for around ten minutes already. If the smoke was truly bothering the restaurant, why wait until the exact moment a police car pulled up to come outside and confront us? From the outside, it honestly looked like the presence of the police suddenly gave her the confidence to make a scene and try to draw attention to us even though we were already complying. It appears she wanted to get us into legal trouble with her making it a bigger scene in front of the police. Another thing that didn't sit right with me was that we were the only Hispanics standing in the area at the time and the only people she chose to confront. I'm not saying that was the intention, but from a bystander's perspective it definitely didn't look great. Also, I'm still confused by the "this is a family restaurant" comment. What exactly does that mean in this situation? Are people who smoke not allowed to eat there? Because we weren't even customers at the moment we were simply standing on a public sidewalk and immediately moved when asked. If someone respectfully complies with your request, there's really no reason to continue escalating the situation or trying to involve the police by drawing attention to it. If this is how people are treated outside the restaurant, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence about how customers are treated inside. It appears that if you're Hispanic or a smoker you should steer clear of this place. I wouldn't be surprised if she has ICE on speed dial.

I could tell easily that they use very high quality Parmesan because i'm a Parmesan connoisseur and could taste how potent it was. They let me have as much extra as I wanted on without limiting since I enjoy a lot on it which was also a plus in my book. Next time I would get a pasta that's a little lighter, because it was a more heavy dish and it tends to make me feel pretty full after which is totally a me thing, but they have so much on the menu to try that I'm sure I'll love whatever I get even more next time. Lastly, dessert. We got a regular tiramisu and it was absolutely amazing. They put a ton of cream which is exactly what I look for. It wasn't too espresso or cocoa strong and had a perfect ratio. I had seen a previous review on here about someone not liking the tiramisu here and it not meeting their expectations for a more upscale Italian place but I've been to quite a few authentic Italian gems and this one had tiramisu up there so I'd have to disagree and completely recommend! The service was impeccable. Every waiter was kind and prompt, constantly making sure we were taken care of and getting what we needed. The atmosphere was also a plus for us because we have a 1 year old baby and there was enough room where we weren't too cramped or crowded in, and it wasn't too loud or overstimulating. The place was very clean and taken care of as well as the bathrooms. All in all, I loved this place and I will be coming back.
