He said that if we can't get it together then we should look to leave ADT. There was an apology, but NOTHING done on the Company side to make it right for us in the way that we were treated. This call, was another waste of time. And we will be leaving ADT as soon as we can without having to pay their exorbitant fees for moving that have never been a part of our experience and this farce of a contract is up. USE ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY. EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. We have been customers for over 10 years with this company. We've moved across the country with them. The past two years have been the WORST experience with these people. Moving once more across town, we are being nickeled and dimed, we were hung up on multiple times, and we were told we now have to move our own equipment. Rude customer service, no customer service, and no care for their customers. When this contract is over, we're out. Rude, careless, and heartless. Do not use, at all.

Purchased a home in Hixson and it had a dated alarm system already installed. Wanting to support…read morelocal business I contacted PM Alarms to activate the system. They installed a cellular antenna as I did not have a hardline phone which I paid for up front. They gave me half off for the first two months with $35 monthly. Fast forward six months and I decided that I wanted to update my system to current technology and started accepting quotes. The best was a completely upgraded monitored/mobile app system with fire protection and my rate would only go up to $5 a month with what I was currently paying. Wanting to stay local so I called PM Alarms to see if they could compete and they wanted $535 for new system and monthly bill would increase $15 for mobile app access. I submitted a request to cancel service with PM Alarms and they send me a bill for $1145 for early termination. Apparently, I was on a 3-year contract with them. If they would have given me something I could understand it but all they gave me was $17 off the first two months, no new hardware or sensors. So, take it for what it is worth.
