They tell me there is no way my waterline in leaking in the wall connecting to my fridge. Well I woke up to my hallways flooded. They said there is no way my pipe vent in my attic is leaking, even after seeing solid proof. They are literally here right now and don't know what the hell the are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are extremely incompetent. Rude to the max. Im so angry, this is my home that I bought. My children's home. If it does not get fixed today, I will being suing the company. Both toilets in our home were not flushing, backing up. Requested a service call and had someone…read morecome out to snake the drain pipe. Ended up charging $500 for a camera to be sent through the pipe to diagnose the issue, resolved none of the problems with the toilets. Proceeded to say that all of the piping underneath our home was "rotting", and quoted us $850/foot to replace said pipe. Got a second opinion, had someone else come out from a different company. Ended up simply clearing a bad clog, no issues with pipes like what was previously stated by the Southern Air employee. Unless you're wanting to be up charged 20x the price and have lies spun to you, find somewhere else.

It was determined that I needed to replace the hot and water valves; and the seal under the filter stop .... The drain thing that is the fkn drain! $400.00. $100.00 to change out a drain strainer; including the part ($25) and installation. As for the valves ... 2 @ $300.00. This company preys on everyone that needs help.... UP SELLING IS A CRIME!
