Both toilets in our home were not flushing, backing up. Requested a service call and had someone…read morecome out to snake the drain pipe. Ended up charging $500 for a camera to be sent through the pipe to diagnose the issue, resolved none of the problems with the toilets. Proceeded to say that all of the piping underneath our home was "rotting", and quoted us $850/foot to replace said pipe. Got a second opinion, had someone else come out from a different company. Ended up simply clearing a bad clog, no issues with pipes like what was previously stated by the Southern Air employee. Unless you're wanting to be up charged 20x the price and have lies spun to you, find somewhere else.

The drain thing that is the fkn drain! $400.00. $100.00 to change out a drain strainer; including the part ($25) and installation. As for the valves ... 2 @ $300.00. This company preys on everyone that needs help.... UP SELLING IS A CRIME!
