We've used Bride plumbing in the past, so i just assumed that they were still plumbers, seeing as how they are still advertising as plumbers. They did a great and expensive job cleaning out my pipe, but now i have to call a separate plumber to fix my leaky sink.

(trench walls), they still honored their bid and lost $ on the job. Since then, we've had a new high-efficiency combi boiler installed, and a preventative check of our new home's sewer line with the amazing pipe camera. Our boiler wasn't functioning this fall, and Scott took all the time necessary to get it working again, and these guys are busy!

The good: Called…read moreon a Sunday night due to a sewer clog / backup. He answered the phone, said he would be out first thing in the morning to help. He showed up when he said he would, quickly got our drain unclogged, and all was well. He did a camera scope and let me watch to see other issues with the drain. Generally, he did what he said he would do, and showed up when he said he would be there (quite early on a Monday morning). He then stated we really needed to jet out the drain, and this is where things started downhill. The not so good: The price he quoted to jet out our pipe was outrageous. In fairness, in the end he charged us just for the cost of the pipe jetting, instead of both the jet and the emergency service call, but overall, he is overpriced. I called at least two other plumbing places to compare costs and both were cheaper. When all this happened our house was under contract to be purchased. We informed our buyers of the sewage backup, and they wanted to speak to Rhino Rooter to get more information. He refused to speak with them without our permission, which I appreciate. However, even after giving permission, he refused to give the buyers any useful information without asking them to pay for it, and was rude and disrespectful to them. In the end, the deal fell apart with the purchase of our house at least partially due to how he treated the buyers. Fast forward - we decided to go ahead and fully repair the issues with the pipe. Rhino Rooter had marked the pipe locations, so we brought a company in to start digging, but the pipes were not where he had marked. I called him to see if he would come out and recheck his marks, but he refused to do so without charging me again. He was extremely rude and did not want to be helpful at all. I also asked if he could give me the video of the camera scope that he took, but claimed he didn't take a video and didn't save it (because that's not the service I paid for), and that he would charge me to come do another one with video. I called someone else and they provided a scope of the pipe, video recording, professional report, marked all the lines, were very friendly and helpful, and were cheaper than Rhino Rooter (even after a $75 travel fee because they were so far away). Bottom line: If you have an emergency, Rhino Rooter will come out quickly and deal with your issue. However, I would rather wait longer for someone else to come than to use him again. His rudeness and unwillingness to help is something that I will not deal with again. I will keep my sewer backed up for another few days if needed before I would call him. I would NOT recommend him to anyone for plumbing needs. There are cheaper options, with quality work, who are friendly and helpful.

I had a backed up drain in my laundry room and had Drain Tech come out to fix it. The guy who came…read morewas super nice, and had my drain working in less than an hour. It didn't go off without a hitch though. He had unplugged my downstairs chest freezer that was full of beef and chicken, in order to plug in his equipment. He forgot to plug my freezer back in. Two days later I noticed a horrible smell in my downstairs. I finally found it - yep, the freezer meet was all spoiled, there was blood everywhere, and it was probably the most disgusting thing I had ever seen or smelled. I had just had neck surgery so I was not supposed to be lifting anything more than 10 pounds, let alone moving and leaning over into a chest freezer to haul rotten bloody meat out of my house. I tried for a while, but I just couldn't and I was pretty sick from the mess to be honest. So I called Drain Tech, and they were SO apologetic! They were so worried and said that the tech would call me. I figured that was that, and that I might get a call at the end of the day if I was lucky - and wasn't sure what good it would do anyway. BUT the tech did call me back, immediately! He was so apologetic as well, and said he was just leaving a job but would be right over. He took a few minutes but it was because he stopped at his house, which he had called his wife to get stuff for him to bring like paper towels and garbage bags, and then he arrived. We went downstairs, and he went to work. He worked hard and didn't let me help, which I tried at first. He did the whole thing, cleaned it, bleached it, had a shop vac to get every last bit of liquid and blood out, and cleaned and sanitized it pretty good. He really worked hard and felt so bad about it. I was really impressed. I was pretty upset at first, it was a horrible mess to deal with. I wasn't as worried about the loss of meat, but the mess and smell was so bad! It was completely clean when he was done, and he apologized again and went on his way. I was happy with that. I really couldn't have cleaned it, and I was hurting pretty bad for a couple of days from the little that I did do. But that wasn't it. Drain Tech sent him back to my home not quite a week later, with a card from them. He said again how sorry he was, and said they wanted me to have that for the loss of food. It was a card with a $100 gift card inside to replace the meat! I thought that was so kind of them. It was an honest mistake. I really didn't expect them to replace the meat, sometimes things just happen. I was just so grateful for his cleaning it all up for me, and he really did a great job. The initial drain work was really great, they did a great job and I haven't had any more trouble (it's been a year now). But the customer service and kindness that they showed me is what really impressed me. These are good people. If you need drain work done, call them. They will make sure you are taken care of.

I called with an urgent issue: my water heater had stopped working over the weekend. On Sunday…read moremorning all we had was cold water. I called Lee's Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!
