It has been approximately five weeks since the voice mail message was left and still no contact. If the intention was to not provide this service it would have been better to decline at the onset of the initial contact and not promise to make an evaluation and eventually supply a bid for the work.

I'm going to let most of my photos do the talking here, but in the end we had to contact them about damage to our irrigation system and I questioned them about charging us for a process that was done too late in the year. The first email I did not get a response to and the second email they responded with an apology that "sometimes emails get overlooked".???? They went ahead and cleared our bill to where we owe nothing, but that might not even cover the cost of damage to our lawn right now. I will add this, aside from the pre-emergent and fertilizer, we only asked them to mow the grass. However, my neighbors contacted me stating that we have weeds growing all throughout, some of which are 6 feet tall. Photos below. If you are a landscaping company and you see these things happening in the yard that you're working, why wouldn't you come up online and tell the owners that this problem is going on and offer them a solution? And another thing, we informed them that we had SOD. When they were mowing our yard and noticed that we have crabgrass and centipede grass growing all through it, why didn't they bring this up? My neighbors also stated that they were mowing my grass way too short. At this time I would not recommend this company. I contacted the office and showed them the damage that that mower caused on the driveway last year. I as a customer have not requested the company to repair the damages that they caused to the driveway , I simply wanted to prevent further damage to the driveway. if I pay for the service of a company, then I have the right to complain if the service does not meet my expectations. This company would rather cancel your service than address the issue of a customer's dissatisfaction with it's service. I must say in closing, the management in no way reflects the service of their workers. I find that they are respectful and professional. One's ego should not stand in the way of doing the right thing in business. This is not personal. I expect to get the type of service I pay for. They came out on a day I was not home and spread the weed barrier ON TOP OF THE EXISTING ROCK. They did NOT clear out the old rocks, plants etc. The soil they used for the grading was not enough. The ground was lower rather than higher. Eric (the person in charge of the project) assured me they would come back to correct the job. After several weeks of not hearing from him, I contacted him again and was told they would be back in Oct. The job was done in JULY. Today is October 29th. I have not heard from them or had the job re-done. Do not use this company!
