This company would rather cancel your service than address the issue of a customer's dissatisfaction with it's service. I must say in closing, the management in no way reflects the service of their workers. I find that they are respectful and professional. They came out on a day I was not home and spread the weed barrier ON TOP OF THE EXISTING ROCK. They did NOT clear out the old rocks, plants etc. The soil they used for the grading was not enough. The ground was lower rather than higher. Eric (the person in charge of the project) assured me they would come back to correct the job. After several weeks of not hearing from him, I contacted him again and was told they would be back in Oct. The job was done in JULY. Today is October 29th.
