Located in a low key setting amongst the gardens, the restaurant is a real gem. The service is knowledgeable, attentive and professional.
The real highlight are the flavors in the food. All of the lunches are served as gourmet bento boxes, with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian for $55. There were a few other options for smaller plates if you just wanted a snack, and they put together a kids portion of a chicken meatball and rice but otherwise no kid options.
But back to the highlight, the flavors are awesome and each bite is a taste explosion. The silky tofu with an aged onion garnish/sauce was the biggest surprise. The short rib beef was probably the tastiest along with the tuna.
Great spot if you are visiting the sculptureum or looking for a really lovely meal in a non pretentious setting. read more
