When terminated for showing up three days late, they owed us a full pre-paid month of work ($175). Following termination, the company texted they would send a refund for the month that was never started, but instead pocketed the money and refused to send it! We actually had to incur the expense of filing a suit in small claims court! This company is highly unprofessional. There are literally pages of pool services to choose from and took us 10 minutes to find another. Use these guys at your own risk--but I'd take the time to interview a few and avoid this dishonest and low-quality pool service company.

Justin provides me with an estimate to replace the pump motor on the spot. He had everything needed on his truck with the exception of a new impeller. They called every time they were in route and when they were completed if we weren't at home. They installed a pump for a water slide and also programmed the slide to work with my iaqualink app. They also checked the system for other issues and got our system back up and running perfectly, including a filter cleaning. Everything currently works as I was hoping it would. I would definitely call these guys again for any of our pool supply and equipment needs. Our pool is are located in the Friendswood area.

Finally realized they aren't very experience with people who know about pool. Still the continued great service from some of the hardest-working and friendliest guys in the SE part of Houston. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.
