He came to the house and measured and fit us into his schedule 3 weeks out. In the meantime hours of prep work and work waiting for installation. The day of install Jeff called to tell me he refused to lay the type of carpet I bought. He never indicated there were restrictions prior and knew it was a rental. We bought carpet, pad and vinyl and the floor boards all at Menards and Jaimie's Carpet in Sandusky. He also told me he refused to do business with Jaime's and pick up the carpet. He told me to be at the rental at 8:30AM and he called at 8:45 and told me he refused to lay the carpet and won't do this and won't do that. I kindly asked what could we do to ensure the job happen today. He stated "it's not my problem" and he could care less that we were on a tight timeline and already waited 3 weeks for him. He had a better opportunity and would not offer any solutions. I offered to run and buy more carpet that he was more willing to install and he declined. Poor service, condescending, rude and unreliable. I would not recommend this company or contractor to anyone!
