They just renovated their storage facility, and it's such a beautiful place; and also, the facility is neatly maintained. The way they set up the products are done professionally. Their products are well worth purchasing. read more

Prices are way too high and the front lady doesn't speak good English at all. I even once tried a second time to order flowers over the phone and the lady did not understand English so stayed quiet, got nervous I guess and hung up. Then would not answer the phone. I called back several times. read more

I ordered flowers from their website (www.elcentroflower.com) for a relative's birthday. Thankfully my relative sent me a photo of the flowers in order to thank me. This was when I noticed that the flowers delivered were completely different from the ones I ordered. Do not order from their website, they have false advertisement and do not deliver the product they advertise. Please see photos for a description of what I ordered and what was delivered. It's some sort of joke. read more

Ordered flowers to be delivered same day before 12 noon. The lady guaranteed they would be delivered on time. The flowers were not delivered and when I called Rosy's the lady told me they were delivered. I told her they never got them, after arguing a while she gave the phone to the delivery lady and she lied by telling me that she handed them to my girlfriend personally. When I told her I was standing next to my girlfriend and she never received the flowers they hung up the phone. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS FLOWER SHOP! Rosy's Flower Shop saved my day. My best passed away in December and I wanted to take a beautiful flower arrangement to her resting place on her birthday which was February 27th. I made the mistake of ordering flowers from fromyouflowers.com and paid extra for "guaranteed" next-day delivery, which was supposed to be the 26th since I wanted to have them by the 27th early morning because we had to travel 2 hours to Imperial Valley. Well, long story short, I never received my flowers and it was a complete nightmare to deal with them and their false promises. I had to scramble the morning of the 27th to try and find a local purple flower arrangement. I must have called 4 florists and no one had purple roses in stock (purple was her favorite color). I then called Rosy. Not only did she have purple roses in-stock, she made a beautiful arrangement for me within a very short time. She was super nice and knew my name as soon as I entered her store. I am very thankful to Rosy for providing such great customer service and such beautiful flowers. read more

I use to order flowers from telaflora and 1800 flowers and it seems I always was disappointed. I decided to buy local and came across this shop! I purchase flowers for my wife probably every 2-3 months and she is always amazed on how beautiful the arrangements are!! read more

Flowers looked good and were delivered on time. However the employee i talked to on the phone was incredibly rude and dumbfounded.. I did not appreciate his tone of voice or lack of knowledge. read more

I purchased the deluxe "full of love" bouquet and had approximately 5 sad tulips, a bunch of twigs and a few carnations delivered. Not to mention that the flowers did not arrive the day of and instead had been delivered the day after Mother's day claiming that nobody was home but my mom said that was a flat out lie. After all they had her contact number to call if they don't find her at home but not once did they try calling. read more

This stinkin place made granny peeved. The lady didn't know English to start with and then she has the nerve, the audacity to tell granny to order from the website cuz she had customers like umm bitch I thought you didn't speak english??? NOT SNAZZY AT ALL read more

Rosy's Flower Shop - These were the amazing flowers for my mom birthday. Rosy went above and beyond what I would've thought! - Florists Near Me - El Centro, California

At the last minute I needed to send flowers for a family funeral. Rosy's quickly delivered a beautiful large bouquet of crisp, fresh flowers for a reasonable price. The flowers were perfect and our relatives were exceedingly pleased. I will be sure to use Rosy's again. read more

Went in in Mother's Day to see if I could find a couple of small bouquets for friends, and was treated so rudely. It was an older woman, and all she offered me was 3 roses for $25. When I asked if there was anything less expensive, she just walked away. Will never go back. I own a local business too. We're at the mercy of loyal customers. She needs a lesson in small business customer service. read more

This place has horrible service. I ordered flowers ahead of time to be delivered on Valentine's day and was guaranteed their delivery. The flowers were never delivered. I went to the business the following business day to complain only to meet a group of other customers who also did not have their flowers delivered or received dead flowers. Online the business says it opens at 9am but they open whenever they want which could be 45 minutes later. Definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Valentine's Day I purchased a dozen long-stem roses and had them arranged in a vase that I had brought in myself. They charged me full price even with my own vase, but that was okay. THE ROSES WERE DEAD THE NEXT DAY! Now I know most people complain about Rosy's being expensive, which they most definitely are, but I just don't think that an expression of a person's undying love SHOULD DIE THE VERY NEXT DAY! I will never return and i intend on being very proactive to make sure that this never happens to anyone ever again! read more

I placed another order and it was beautiful!! It was delivered on time and looked better than the picture online. This is always my go to for beautiful flowers in the El Centro! Highly recommended. read more

I ordered flowers for same day delivery yesterday for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, my mom was not home when they attempted to deliver. They left a note on her door to give the flower shop a call. My mom called them twice with no answer. When my mom told me about it, it the shop was already closed so I called the next morning. I spoke to Rosy, the owner. I asked her to please redeliver the flowers and she said no. She said my mom would have to pick them up at the flower shop. I paid for a delivery fee which mean they need to try again to deliver. After a few minutes of arguing back and forth, Rosy agreed to deliver the flowers today. Rosy was rude and had no customer service skills. This place needs to work on their customer service and have the correct delivery policy on their site. They need to state that they will only attempt delivery once. I will never use this flower shop again! Horrible experience. read more

Excellent these people went above and beyond and the flowers were very nice too!!!! Definitely recommend for business!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FLOWERS; Same as Stephen my flowers were delivered on the 14th at 5:30 (off work at 5:00) A co-worker who un-fortunately unlock the door ended up signing for it. The following day started calling at 9:00 as they advertised they open never answer and sometimes phone would sound busy. I decided to go personally and yes I was one of the person there returning the roses until 9:35 business was still closed, having to leave back to work. When it should be a beautiful day of the year it was the worst day for me: Let me say why: the day before on the 13 th husband had given me chocolate, a $10.00 bouquet flower (10.00) an a card and told me that was it not to expect anything else on Valentines day he really had me convinced that was it. My husband works in the hospital in a department they cannot used their cells. So, on Tuesday the 14 early am check my bank acct and guess what there is a charge of 95.+ dollars. from Rosys flower shop I was so upset and then I could not call to asked him about it. To say the least I was upset all day at work until 6:30 when he calls once off work. I started by saying bleep, bleep who had he send flowers to and 95.00 arrangement. At first he thought I was kidding but once I confirmed that I had not received any flowers then he started cussing. It was horrible. Early am I received the flowers front the front office, they were dying. Instead of having an awesome feeling about flowers I could feel having seeing them. Terrible terrible experience.
