It is now 1 week since placing the order. The company has yet to ship out my item & already charged me $87.37 for an order I do not have! I've reached out 3 times through email only to be ignored. No follow-up. Very unprofessional. Will be reporting to the BBB. Now I am out $87.37. Just warning others to not make the same mistake as I did.

Really awful service and rude, impatient owner/manager…read more Had to wait at least 5 minutes to be served even though there were 3 people serving in the store and only 2 customers. During our wait, I saw the owner/manager get impatient with a teenage girl because she had the "audacity" to say that the ballet shoes she had been brought to try on were too tight!!!! God forbid you utter a word louder than a whisper either. She told off my 3-year old because he sat on a chair that she said was too noisy (why have it there then?) and then threw us dirty looks because he was talking with his big sister (not screaming or shouting or running, just sitting and talking). Thank goodness though for the kind lady with grey hair who served us in the end. Won't ever be going back again.
