She asked for a refund or an exchange for 2 days old boots that were already broken and instead of dealing with this like a normal store, they kicked her out crying. I would have doubted some people but she doesn't have an once of malice in her heart and I would trust her with my own life! Just save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them, vending machines have better manners!

I usually bring my small dog with me every time I visit and the girls at the store love saying hi! The employees are always very friendly and helpful, no high pressure sales techniques. The guy who greeted me at the door let me know that they are focusing on running clothes and accessories mainly, but they also have lots of yoga mats and other various workout things. They also had some free bagels to welcome us to the store. You can tell they are trying to be friendly and welcoming because not everyone liked the idea of a Lululemon store in the Mile End. The store is really nice. Well lit, clean, enough room to try stuff on and browse. They have lockers available for rental in case you want to go for a run and don't know where to put your stuff. They also have special sneakers and caps created by other partners that they are selling in store. Lululemon also has tons of activities that they post on their Facebook page (yoga lessons/organized runs). They are all free and welcome to all. I did't browse for very long because I didn't need to buy anything but I like knowing that there's a sport shop so close in case I do ever need to buy something and don't feel like schlepping all the way downtown to get leggings or a sports bra. I know they have insane prices though so this would be a splurge if I decide to buy anything.
