1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed…read more I hired this attorney to handle the probate of my mother and father. He was paid in full before providing services--something I now consider a major red flag. My father's probate was filed on July 2, 2025. After my mother's probate was completed and her Letters of Administration were published beginning March 18, 2026, I repeatedly contacted the attorney by text and email asking about my father's case. Getting answers was extremely difficult. I eventually contacted the probate clerk myself and discovered that documents were missing and the court had already mailed my attorney a letter notifying him of the missing documents. I ultimately received my father's Letters of Administration to publish beginning July 1, 2026--nearly a year after the case was filed. This delay had a real financial impact. I could not get the deed transferred into my name in time to apply for the homestead exemption before the deadline. When I questioned the attorney about the delay, his response was: "No time tables at all with probate. They take their sweet time." I understand that courts have their own timelines. What I expected from the attorney I paid in full was to monitor the case, address outstanding documents, communicate with me, and keep the process moving. Instead, I had to repeatedly chase him for updates and ultimately contact the court myself to find out what was happening. Probate is already difficult when you're dealing with the loss of both parents. Having to fight for basic communication from the attorney I hired only made it worse. In hindsight, paying the entire fee upfront should have been my first red flag. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney for probate.

"Pacing a vehicle 80 mph in a 60 mph marked construction zone". The officer marked my court date to be in October. So, as some can imagine, I put it off. Come the end of September I was going through review after review of law firms to contact in GA. I ended up choosing Goldstein for 3 reasons. 1. The reviews were great. 2. Their website appealed to me and offered the information I needed and required. 3. They responded very quickly and handled everything very efficiently. I am a private CNA working 116 hrs biweekly, 6 days a week and hold another job 24 hrs biweekly that is also 6 days a week. Goldstein worked with me via email due to my crazy schedule, which I loved. They were polite, kind, comforting, efficient, and thorough. I will recommend them for any sort of traffic violation 100x over and over again if you're in GA. I pray I never have to, but if needed, I will always turn to them.

Before finishing the case if something comes up he won't do nothing and will say "my obligations are done." In response to the comment he posted- I believe its any traffic lawyer job to get good results or therefore there would be no point of having a lawyers service. In regards to payment i asked multiple time where to send the address and received no answer till the very end. You did not work OVERTIME So there is no need to over EXAGGERATE IT. A case is over when there is no judge involved anymore. I dont think that this firm understand that properly. As reaching out and helping , the case is over and the damage is done I dont know how you can fix that. I know you were begging in the voicemail to remove the review as well. Also for the lies in the review. I would happily upload the ignorant comment made to me. Thanks Get another lawyer- They will treat you with the respect you deserve and with a better outcome.
