I had one great tan at this location. I returned for a rapid tan and am so upset about the results. I followed the post-care as recommended. Ive had several spray tans before and know how to care for them before and after. These are my results the day following my tan, after my initial rinse with water. Blotchy, patchy. I would have been better off using self-tanner at home. I reached out to the business owner with photos and she recommended baking soda and lemon juice to address the dark areas. No offer of refund or discount. After $80+ after tip i feel that ive been robbed. If you do go here, id recommend checking your tan very carefully after and asking for help with it before you leave. So you dont end up like me - the day before a professional photo shoot for my business. With this embaressing mess on my hands. read more

So grateful I found Rosse. I moved to NYC from Los Angeles and have been struggling to find a good spray tan. There's a great tanning salon on every corner in LA, but not so much in NY. I searched and searched and decided to give mobile spray a shot for the first time. Rosse was able to accommodate my schedule, was so thoughtful with prep directions and arrived to my house sharp. Her tanning tent is great and shields any damage. Also really helps her coming to you because no fear about racing to subways or prep-maturely sweating off tan. She's so nice and customized a perfect color for me. Process didn't take long and it was express solution so I could shower in 4 hours and continue to see color grow. No awful smell like other spray tans. I actually thought it was quite pleasant and easy to manage. I bought post care products to extend my tan and so far the soap and lotion has really helped! I am eager to try the self tanner for touch ups but surprisingly have not needed yet. Usually my tan is splotchy but it's held up strong on vacation in pool, beach, etc... 6 days and still looking bronzed. I received endless compliments of my color and glow. I have a wedding to attend on Sunday so I called Rosse Friday to see if she would be available before then, she responded promptly and came to my house today which is Saturday at 11am and set up In my kitchen. She was extremely courteous and professional. I was afraid of spray tans because I did not want to look orange. She assured I wouldn't. It's been 2 hours and I have this bronze golden look. She makes you feel glamorous by giving you a silk robe and all the accoutrements needed for a spray tan (shower cap, disposable thong, lotion for your nails). I messaged Rosse for a spray tan hours before my arrival to New York City. She told me she has availability to meet me at my hotel. ( 5 star hotel not some creepy hotel) When she arrived 5 minutes early that was very professional and I was just finishing my shower with my baby. I sat in my room waiting for her to ring the bell. 15 minutes later I called my husband and my friend who were downstairs and asked if they saw someone for the spray tan. They told me that she left. That she brought her husband with her and that she didn't feel comfortable coming up stairs. I am sitting here now in my robe waiting with my baby and she shut her phone off. I could have easily went to a tanning salon and got a spray tan. However I am now going to my event pale and unhappy. This review is not for the spray tan itself. Because I imagined it to be very nice, but for the service. I do not understand how you can call your service a mobile spray tan when you are not willing to be mobile. read more

This was probably the best spray tan experience I've had. Rosse makes it really easy because she does everything for you. She fixed my hair when it was popping out of the hair net. She applied the barrier cream to my feet, hands and nail. She dried any spots that were damp. She powdered my skin afterwards before dressing to make sure my clothes didn't rub against the tan. And she gave extremely detailed directions for pre and post care. Every other salon I've been to you do all that stuff yourself and I'm always worried I'm not using enough barrier cream or that my skin is too wet to get dressed or whatever.
