The X-Ray experience was simple and and straight forward using the latest equipment. Dr. Allgeier was outstanding! He reviewed the 3-D X-Rays with me and explained the findings in easy to understand terms. He welcomed my input on treatment options and together we came up with a plan that was appropriate for me. Everyone was extremely helpful and treated me like I was their only patient. I was anxious about endodontic process but was extremely pleased with the outcome. The entire experience was impressive. I showed up to a 3 p.m. appointment at about 2:45 p.m. for several procedures. The receptionist said I was an hour late. I said that I was not late; I was early. She said that their system showed my appointment to be at 2 p.m. I showed her the appointment card given me by them on my last visit that showed 3 p.m. She continued to insist that I was late. She told the dentist I was late. I continued to inform th dentist that I was not late and that my appointment card showed 3 p.m. The dentist continued to say I was late and that they would not be able to fully take care of me that day since, as she asserted, I was late. Most businesses who make such errors strive to make things right for the patient or customer. Not her. She continued to say that since I was late, she could not get all the necessary procedures done. It's as if she was not hearing my concern and really didn't care. I live more than an hour from their offices and had to sacrifice other important tasks to get to KayCare on time only to be told I was late when I WAS NOT LATE!! KayCare is the closest dentist that takes my dental insurance. I do not recommend any business who does not put the customer, let alone patient, first and foremost. In this case, I think the dentist puts other aspects of her business ahead of her patients. This is unacceptable.

The dental hygienist was also so friendly and sweet and I enjoyed chatting with her. Literally the ONLY complaint I have is that the two girls at the front desk were NOT friendly in the slightest and it was strange given the rest of my experience. They nary cracked a smile. They also called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy even though I got back out of my car and went BACK inside to DOUBLE CHECK they had the right pharmacy. They blandly replied that they "did" (with glazed eyes)...but NOPE! I almost missed getting my pain relief prescription for the pulled tooth, because, by the time I figured out where it was at (completely across town from the one I gave them) the pharmacy was literally pulling their blinds down as I drove up to close. So... DENTIST: AMAZING A+++ 100% will go back. Receptionists: BLAHHHHH! Get someone who knows how to be friendly and MAYBE even smile once or twice so as to put people at ease since no one LIKES going to the dentist and you're the first thing we see.

Having had no problems with it, I went for a second opinion. After additional X-rays, the second dentist could find no cracks in any of my teeth whatsoever. Fast forward several months......the initial bridge crown done by GD, even after two follow up visits to them, never felt "right". It seems, due to probably not being properly fitted, it changed my bite causing one of my front teeth to loosen and start dying, resulting in extraction and more expensive work. I might add, the fitting was not even done by the dentist. It was done by two different assistants. Buyer be very, very cautious!

You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help. Also if you have anxiety, they are so accommodating. Part of the signing up process they ask you "are you usually nervous at the dentist?" And "what are some things that we can do to make the dentist easier for you?". One of the things I said is I just feel more comfortable with my husband in the room during operations, and now every time I go there they have a seat ready for him to sit and be near me. I was very surprised that it actually did not hurt at all. They numbed it first with a swab and then went in with the needle that I never felt!!! Less than 30 mins later I was done and very happy!
