During my exam, he noticed I was putting more weight on my right side than my left, something I hadn't even realized. After adjusting my spine, I was almost perfectly balanced on both sides, and I could truly feel the difference. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail. Just from examining me, he was able to tell that I had been in a car accident, which really showed his level of experience and understanding of the body. I go to the address listed here on yelp and the office is gone. I look everywhere for new office address and cannot find it. I call the office phone number and no answer so I leave. 20 minutes later I get a call from Dr Ross saying the office moved a very long time ago. I ask where is the new office? I have never felt so ripped off before in my life. Came today, spent 150 just to get a few clicks from a tool, and my back and neck still hurts. Calvin Ross barely did anything. I'm beyond disappointed with the "treatment" today. He didn't treat anything. They make you stand on a scale at first to see if you're balanced then again afterwards. Apparently the helper said I was balanced afterwards. When I asked my girlfriend to check for me I wasn't even like the lady said I was. Calvin said it changes by a few pounds when you stand again. What scammers they are. I would never recommended anybody I know to come here. They were going to let my girlfriend go at first when she wasn't even fixed yet. Until she said that she was still hurting, then he did more work and guess what??? They CHARGED extra. Went to dr Ross yesterday with a very very very sore hip. So sore that the night before seeing him I could not sleep at all. I came in with high hopes since we had been my chiropractor for 15 years now. He did not disappoint. His techniques have changed since the last time I saw him so I left thinking he didn't do anything. I think my hip was so inflamed that it took a day for the swelling to die down in order to me to realized that he did indeed help me with my hip. He checked on my four year old as well. Dr. Ross is exceptional! I have been searching for an amazing chiropractor that is not only a blackbelt in adjusting but takes the time to evaluate you, listen to you and do a proper exam. Don't go into Dr Ross expecting insurance coverage, even if they tell you otherwise. They now do not cover any insurance but when we started there, they did. You pay full price up front which they say will be partially reinbursed by your insurance. Every time I asked they told me they had submitted my claims. Turns out they never submitted a thing and do not write down any medical problems which are usually included on a superbill. They don't use any. So, after close to a year, found out there is probably NO reinbursement because he doesn't have any medical codes used. Went to him for an shoulder problem and he was not able to fix it. Temporarily helped with a few other problems but nothing lasted. Plus they get you to buy these packages which add up very quickly. Apparently insurance does not cover packages because there is no specific problems indicated. We went to him BECAUSE they covered insurance. What a rip-off. read more

Went in to see Dr. Ross for an adjustment, was several years since my last visit. Disappointed with the adjustment, didn't think he was able to realign my neck like he used to years ago. He seemed winded and out of shape, I think the adjustment exhausted him. I didn't like how he pushes his tonics, vitamins and constantly yapping about all the latest studies, etc. pertaining to health and ultimately its his way of getting you to buy various products from him. I spent additional money I don't have for stuff I don't need. Needless to say, I won't be back. So sad, years ago he was an awesome chiropractor who helped my husband, myself and my sister. This review is long overdue and Dr Ross is truly one of the best doctors I have ever seen. After going to so many conventional doctors with no help and natural doctors that did not do too much except drain my bank account, I was referred to Dr Ross by someone who has the same illness as I do. His diagnoses are spot on, his supplements are some of the best I have ever used and his prices are fair. Suffering from Lyme, I had kidney and liver issues and his bladder tonic was the only thing that helped me. He also does not prescribe a long list of supplements like most other doctors I used to see, he suggested a couple of things and they always worked great.
