After my initial few weeks of PT, I returned to my doctor for a status review of my knee and the Doc said I was doing excellent and I was "well ahead of schedule" .... From the first visit with Dr. Dugdale to the very last visit I had great service. He also uses a program FORCE which guides patients with exercises and information for before surgery on what to expect & post-surgery information. This was extremely beneficial. If I need to another surgery on my other knee I will definitely go back to Dr. Dugdale.

Our daughter had a flat spot on her head that our pediatrician kept telling us to wait and see. If I had listened to her pediatrician my child would be one of those kids walking around with those plastic helmets which cost thousands of dollars may. And those helmets only fix the exterior cranial plates. She actually See's quite a few kids who's parents went the helmet route to fix issues the helmet didn't or at least make the issues more manageable like headaches etc. Instead of waiting we went to see Carol about 8 times and she manually fixed out daughters head with precise gentle movements using her hands. There was no pain to my daughter and she was a pleasure to deal with. I would suggest her to anyone. She works on all ages from infants to adults. She really took time to listen to me and answer my many questions, and she crafted a treatment plan that suited my specific needs. I found Jen to be very kind, easygoing and to have a real calming influence - so important with this type of therapy. She is also incredibly knowledgeable in her field. I had been to this type of therapy before at one of the hospitals in the Hartford area and this was a better experience in every way possible. I would highly recommend going to Jen if you need pelvic floor physical therapy.
