Expectations ALWAYS exceeded with respect to timeliness of response, quality of work delivered, exquisite attention to detail, discretion, and most importantly the professionalism and just plain friendliness that my service requests are met with. As an Emergency Physician, my schedule is infinitely random (difficult to schedule around in an "every other Tuesday" or "every Saturday morning" kind of way) and during my workday/night/early hours of the morning the work is a labor of love but also all-consuming and often leaves me completely spent when I get home. I plan to send her in to the dealership as my "negotiator" next time I need to buy a car- that good. Coor also scheduled an appointment WITH my wife to get to know who she is, what she likes, her dietary preferences and needs, dress size, clothing and jewelry sizes, fashion, restaurant, hotel preferences, preferred local boutiques, you name it- just so that she can help me behind the scenes in restoring myself as the romantic man-of-the-world she fell in love with and married!
