I was frustrated, mentally exhausted and becoming overwhelmed by it all. On a Saturday evening I sent provalue a message, they responded quickly and asked me to send my files over to them and they would look at it on Monday morning, I did and Henry called me around noon on Monday and told me I was right, I deserved more, and he would get it for me. It sounded too good to be true, it wasn't. When it was all said and done, thanks to provalue I ended up with 4k more in my bank account, THIS IS AFTER PAYING PROVALUE'S FEES 4k more, its a huge improvement, it makes a difference. The square footage you used was for homes which were much bigger than mine. I said you were a cruel man to me I'm being honest.
