I love to shop at ROSS. I am glad that they have opened one near my work place. My regular purchases at ROSS are Colognes, foot wear, and dresses. They always have some kind of deals and cheaper than anywhere else. The tag name itself says it all, Dress for Less. This is a brand new place just grandly opened last Saturday. The place looks neat and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do have ample free parking in front of the store and in the shopping plaza area. Ross Dress for Less is a retail chain selling brand-name clothing, shoes, accessories and housewares at discount prices. This place has great home goods, too. 20-60% off department store prices every day. Gotta Go to Ross. Stop in, stock up, and save big on name brands at Ross. I always find something I want. Great selection, but there is seldom a quick check out. Usually take longer to check out than to shop. Quality clothing at an exceptionally low price. Shop late and the store should not be as crowded. Ross is one of those kind of stores that you go in when you are not in a hurry because most of the time they do not have enough cashiers, but the prices are good. read more

They didn't have NOTHING! Alot of their shelves were empty and it was slightly hard to shop. I found 1 thing & they had a line wrapped around with ONLY 2 open registers and NO BACK UP, but I needed the item so I stood there *sigh*. I noticed they were NOT disinfecting after every customer or every other customer. They don't disinfect after each customer(yes, I asked. I needed clarification and didn't want to assume) However, I always keep my own disinfectant wipes and spray for my own protection. I wont visit this location again, I was in the area and just wanted to stop by. I should've kept going, lol. Customer service is ok but the security guy is friendly/welcoming when you first come inside. read more

This Ross you can pass by. The shelves are scarce and the workers seem to not want to be bothered. I was also followed around the store for about ten minutes by a strange man who only scurried away when I confronted him and told security. It was a very strange experience. The parking lot is quite dark with no security, so don't come late if you must. The shoe area is a wreck with slim pickings. The house-ware area is slightly better. But, clothing and handbags are almost nonexistent. It's so understocked, I don't know why anyone would bother. I did find one cute picture for all my frustration. The line was long, but went fast. I have to second the review from Cody below. This was my first time at this location and Claudia was not friendly at all. I got her name from her name tag. When you first walk in, no one is even at the register. I had an exchange and had to look around for anyone that worked there. Loss Prevention then greets me and let's me know that I can hold on to my bag..... ok...... Then, another customer walks in probably 5 minutes after me and their yelling "Good Morning" from across the store. The lady had a return and saw Claudia down an aisle. The lady then says "I have a return". Claudia proceeds to say "Good Morning". The lady then repeats that she has a return. Claudia then says again "Good Morning". At this point the lady was rightfully agitated. My assumption is that since Claudia didn't hear the lady say GOOD MORNING back when she initially walked in (and she did - I definitely heard her) she wanted to try to make a point. Well... the lady let her know "I TOLD YOU GOOD MORNING WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN" when she got to the register. See how elementary this is? The store had NOTHING that I wanted to exchange my stuff for, so I opted for a refund. I walk up to the counter as she is helping the other lady (with more than enough space behind her) and Claudia tells me that she will help me once she's done with the customer. Well I know that, rude ass! How about you make sure the line is set up so that people know to wait behind a certain point? What was the point of that? I was the only other person in line. Seems like she wants it to be known she has "power". Ha! Stop it. Whether you believe it or not, you're in customer service. You definitely lack it, though! Her name tag states that she is the store manager. How? I've seen another complaint about her and that was just 5 months ago! This location will never get my business. The obese African American lady, with the wrap in her head, working the register, stared at me the entire time I checked out, with a disgusted look. Then when I said thank you she didn't respond. This store has rude employees. I had a return and purchase. It was so confusing I didn't even get what they were doing. I shop all the time too. Also acted annoyed to even have me there. I live in Marietta, Ga East Cobb and go to the one near Town Center. My Mom lives near Tucker Ross and went with her there. They are so nice at Town Center location. I had a return at Christmas and they had a special return line so did not have to stand in line for an hour. read more

I was so excited about the opening of this Ross in Tucker until I went for my first visit and every one after that. This location is similar to all the other Ross's they greet you upon walking in the door. The one thing and most important thing I was disappointed in is the selection of everything I am not sure why they bothered to open this store when you still have to travel to Perimeter to shop at a decent Ross store. The shelves in housewares are bare, the handbags are scarce and shoe selection is horrible, overall their selection of everything is at a minimum. The staff is rude and no one seems to want to be there at all along with the customers. I have visited about a handful of times and they are very consistent with the bad customer service. During my last visit the young lady who was behind the counter walked away and I stood there for about 5 minutes till she noticed that there was a customer waiting to get checked out. I doubt I will ever come back to this Ross, it is by far the worst one I have been to in the Atlanta area. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. Those people at Ross Dress For Less at the new Tucker location are scam artists. When one of your items doesn't have a price tag, they actually want you to run around the store looking for another dress to scan or charge you some ridiculous price that most likely was 3 times higher than the listed price. Wtf! Do better Ross. Your customer service and business practices are horrible. Most of the dresses in my cart were $9.99 and they wanted to charge me $16.99 cuz the item didn't have a tag or race around the store myself looking for another one to ring up. What if I bought the last one. Last year, I bought a similar dress for $4.99 so there was no way I was paying $16.99. That was highway robbery. This is unbelievable. Another reason why I hate this location. Normally, the rude bald security lady jumps in. There are all trash and they laugh when you disagree with their policy that seems made up on the spot. read more

Asked to see an item and the store manager Claudia refused to show me instead she said that it's their policy not to show customers items and that I just need to purchase it. I asked her to take down my information and pass it along to her district manager and it has now been 10 business days and the district manager has not contacted me, I even called back and spoke with Claudia again to follow-up and she said there's nothing she can do to help me. I guess I was expected too much from Claudia to do a simple job and assist me when wanting to invest in a product as she doesn't have any service skills and I guess that's why she's working in retail while she's in her late 30's. I love this store. It may be a little hot at. Times but doesn't stop me...they have a few workers there that i like one had dreads and one had braids. They helped me so much... I would recommend this store read more
