I do have to say, they should get a better selection of plus size women, men shirts, shoes, and dresses. It was lacking in style and umph! My wife and I needed a battery due to health problems making it difficult to get out of the chair at those times when the power goes out. The new manager Drex sold my wife and me a defective Enouvation battery that Enouvation sold Ashley Furniture back in 2001. I had to call the manufacturer because I tried to get a refund after two failed attempts with two different batteries and was told that the batteries were sold as-is. Of course, the paperwork said that there was a 5 year service agreement. In any event, I would love to speak directly to the owner. He or she should know how the new manager treats long time customers. If Drex was my employee, he would have a short time to get his act together or he would be gone. I highly recommend the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's office for this business when it comes to complaints because management doesn't listen.
