Instead, they delivered the day and time of the service to the funeral home. They called and told me nobody was there. They called me as I was walking into the service and I told them they were a day late to just credit my account. They decided to go ahead and leave the flowers and told me they couldn't credit my account. When I called the flower shop, I spoke to the lady that took the order and she said she would credit our account. They then drove 10-15 miles to pick up the flowers after calling me to tell me the family was on their way. I would steer clear of this shop. I used them because they did all of the flowers for my dad's service several years ago. I know I won't be using them again. They should've owned their mistake and left the flowers and credited my account. IT WAS ALL WRONG!!! Wouldn't want to conduct business that way!!

I was a repeat customer and went in to purchase a floral arrangement for my mom for Valentine's…read moreDay. I saw a beautiful arrangement of pinks and purple flowers. I told the lady that I wanted that exact arrangement. It didn't have enough roses in it so I paid for 8 more pink roses. When my mom received her bouquet she sent me pictures and imagine to my surprise when I didn't see 8 pink roses nor all of the purple flowers that were in the original arrangement that I went in and bought. I called the shop and a new lady answered the phone this was the Friday before Valentine's Day and I told her what happened. She took my name and number and said she would have someone call me back. No one called me back which in turn made me very unhappy because that let me know that they didn't care about me or my business or the large amount of money that I spent that day buying flowers. The pictures attached is what my mom got versus what I paid for. You count and see if you see 8 pink roses. My mom took the pictures from the front and back. You should get what you pay for not whatever. I'm sure they didn't think that I would see them and know it wasn't what I paid for.

Not only that, three weeks later I have yet to receive a phone call back from anyone to resolve this issue. No matter how many polite daily voicemails I leave, no one is calling me back. I was able to get through ONE day to a nice gentleman who promised someone would call back to resolve the issue. Still waiting for that call too. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this is awful service - you pay an arm and a leg for flowers and never receive anything, plus no one even calling back.

When she received them, she emailed me a picture, and to my disappointment, there were about half the amount of flowers as in the picture and they weren't even the same colors. My beautiful bouquet was just a few pathetic drab flowers thrown together. I understand that sometimes the florists have to work with what they have but they could have at least made it a little fuller. I mean, I paid $40.00 for this awful mess. I definitely got ripped off.
