The straps were folded three times and a square was sewn lopsided. They weren't even cut and sewn, thank goodness so we could get a REAL "tailor" to properly address that and to also address the hem. The hem was just cut with scissors and not even hemmed!! we received it with hem horribly frayed! The instructions CLEARLY stated to not touch the train and it was chopped as there is no better word for that! they ruined a $340 formal gown!! Yes, thru several calls and email I did receive my "alterations" refund, however, had to have it repaired by an AMAZING seamstress located in Circleville(Elizabethashleighdesigns) Do NOT seek 1/2 price dry cleaners to do alterations!!! They do NOT read the clear instructions Sharon gives nor do they know how to properly do alterations!

They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

I reminded of her of the $20 tip I gave her at one time for doing my laundry. "Oh! you can come back. we are open. our computer system was down". WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?! It may be out of the way, but I'll be stopping at BRITE AND CLEAN on Douglas Ave. They wash, fold, stack and wrap your laundry up in protective plastic for you. And don't run you off with excuses.
