I don't think I ever had a roll where the seaweed was breaded, but it trend out to be an interesting texture. The Akira roll had a really good ingredient combination, it had the perfect amount of furikake spice. One thing I would like to be different is that maybe put less rice and more stuffing, seriously our rolls were probably 30% stuffing (cream cheese, seafood, veggies, etc) and 70% rice. We've already been to their other location so we figured it would be the same great quality and excellent service. They were missing the ginger but apart from that everything was delicious. They even have tables with a grill in the Center where a chef comes and prepares the food for you, so it's always a nice & unique experience. Customer service is excellent and there's tons of parking space outside. Sundays tend to be busy and weekdays around lunch time too, but you won't have to wait for too long to have a good quality Japanese meal.
