This place is adorable and delicious. We were about to hit 65 miles of nothingness, so we turned back to the town for lunch. We ended up here and it will be the highlight of a great day. Genuinely some of the best pizza I've had. My family and I were on a road trip and needed a place to eat, so we stopped at Rosey's for a couple pizzas. Unfortunately we got there 20 minutes before they closed so we ordered to go and couldn't eat in, but it was really cute inside. Would be a great place to hang out with friends. We stopped here while on a roadtrip to eat based on Yelp reviews. We ordered a cheese pizza for my 2 toddlers and a Margherita pizza with added pepperoni for my husband and I. Both pizzas were extremely tasty and flavorful. The sauce was fresh tasting along with all of the ingredients. We also ordered gelato at the end which was a nice treat! To my surprise Everything was very delicious and light tasting! Service was excellent! This restaurant looks small from the outside but it's very spacious and gives a homey feeling. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to sit down and eat with delicious pizza. read more

Such a cute establishment and everything is so perfectly quaint and clean! The staff seems super friendly and sweet. We are just passing through and honestly the curb appeal is what made us stop (we were starving!) we ordered pepperoni pizza and a garden salad. I was pleasantly surprised by the garden salad some places serve an ice berg lettuce and call it a day, not Roseys! SUPER fresh crisp mixed greens and veggies Omgsh it was so good you guys it seriously made my day. The pizza was thin and perfectly crisp with the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese (IMO) Hubs said he wished it had a tad more sauce and cheese but it was the perfect pizza for me. Was here September 2020. Ordered a pizza to go here while camped at the Valley of Fires Recreation site. I had to wait about 10 minutes longer than the time I was given so they offered me a glass of ice water and a seat while I waited, which was nice of them. It's an attractive, comfortable place inside. The pizza was very good! Everything about it was homemade, the crust was perfect and the sauce had a nice amount of spice. Well topped, cheesy and delicious! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. They had people dining indoors at the time, now I understand they can't. Highly recommended. We have eaten pizza all over the country. We stopped at Rosey's because my mother in law heard that it was good. Good is an understatement. We had the strawberry and walnut chicken salad which was fantastic and large enough for three of us to share. It came with little garlic knots that were absolutely amazing!! We had their blueberry lemonade which was refreshing and delicious. Not too sweet. Not too tart. Perfect!! Then the pizza. We order the Margarita pizza and added pepperoni. This was the hands down best pizza we have ever eaten. Kudos to the owners. They have created the perfect little gem. Extremely clean and unique. We cannot wait to go back!! We wish them success. Go. These guys are absolutely delightful and the pizzas, salads, calzones, etc. are to die for. I lived in northern Italy for 4 years and know what outstanding pizza tastes like - - and these folks know how to make killer food. I just finished the leftovers of an absolutely amazing Hatch Chile hamburger pizza. OMG it was so good!! It's really great when you can go to a family-run business (like most Italian restaurants are!) and deal with the owners face to face. You know that they have great pride in their product, absolutely want to provide top-notch service, and have real/genuine smiles on their faces when you arrive. I'm from Santa Fe and have eaten at Rosey's, maybe 8 times. It is always a really nice experience and the food is just great. The owners are just super folks who love to greet and speak with the customers. We just love these guys and highly recommend visiting. Ciao!
