I believe the people that work for this store except for about one or two need to have more…read morecustomer service training every time I go in there they have attitudes they're not very helpful and yesterday I was in the store and I was busy with both my grandkids so I forgot to put one of the tylenols back on the shelf and changed my mind about getting it so I said it on the counter instead of paying for it and I offered to go put it back if the lady wanted me to put it back she said no I will put it back just give it to me so I did digging everything was okay she throws my bag and my receipt in my hands and wouldn't pick up my change that I try to give her she wanted to give me the change she wanted to give me this was the older lady that works there she been there for a while but she never smiles never greet people it's like she's waiting on an argument when you step in the door then the black guy that work there he told my children that they had to hurry up and leave and get out the store when I come to that store every day and purchase things and I allowed them to walk to the store everyday to purchase things I spent a good amount of money at this store but for him to tell my children they had to hurry up and get out the store get their things and leave and my kids didn't do anything they wasn't disrespectful they did not disrespect him they did not do anything to the store he just said they was in there laughing and running in the store but first of all they would just be in kids laughing and joking around with each other I've never knew for that to be something wrong with that but I know she wasn't running around in the store he exaggerated and made my children feel very uncomfortable about going to that store by themselves because it's dangerous out here today people will call the police and things on your children and your children are innocent and just being kids but I promise you I know everybody child is not good children will behave but I know my children are not disrespectful to grown people and they do not play in destroy All The people property so that was uncalled for and one lady got upset with me because they forgot to change the prices on their Pizza and she wanted me to pay the full price but the price said it was on sale so she had an attitude I mean yeah I think they can have a refresher course on customer service and I think I will take that extra step to go across the street to Dollar general from now on where I might be appreciated they lucky to get any stars cuz it's the third time I had to say something to somebody before I even came to Yelp and to be clear of who the people was that need customer service training it was the people that was working on October 30th at 5:47 p.m. at store 00056-2511 news boulevard I will not recommend that you shop there but I will take this post down if they apologize they know who I am I come in there everyday or my kids come in there every day neuse blvd store

My husband, me and son sometime visit this location in mornings and feel uncomfortable with way we been treated. . Two of your employees who work have treated us badly. A man and little girl both have brown hair. . We see them help and talk nicely with white customers, but my family and me.. who Asian. .have been given terrible and rude answer when we ask for help.. Very short replies with no smiles. . Every isle we walk down, we are being followed and watched. . When we talk Vietnamese they give us mean look. . and they laugh. . It embarrassing that my young son have to see this type of attitude. . We come here because it his favorite store and the only place in area that sell my husband favorite candy. . The man also call my husband as ,,man". . Disrespectful because that my husband is military and older in age. . I'm upset and ashame because I love five and below but this place will not be visited. . We will now be making drive to Jacksonville store instead. . Asian lives matter. .
