I love North Shore! I'd visited various times during college, driving over from Fort Collins and…read morewhen I learned that my dog, Hank, had a fractured tooth that needed pulled, and some other dental work done, I knew it had to be a place I trusted. The procedure required anesthetic so I was even more worried about my fur-kid. I waited until I made a trip back to Colorado to make his appointment just to see this fantastic crew that I knew I could trust. They were very reassuring and reminded me again that it was a simple procedure, and I had nothing to worry about. Their prices are very fair and everyone is extremely friendly and passionate about their jobs, and your pets. Hank came back good as new, with a fresh new smile, and ready for more teeth gnawing adventures. I can't imagine having to take him somewhere else. I can't emphasize how caring these guys are about your pet, they'll help talk you through what's best for both your pet, and you.

She took the time to help me fit the harnesses to them, and when she saw my hesitation she suggested taking them on a walk and bringing the back if I don't like them (as long as they were still in good condition). Unfortunately, the harnesses didn't work- due to my dogs being short/small for their breeds. When I brought the harnesses back in to return, Brian was helpful. I really recommend coming in and looking at what they have- very comparable prices to Petco/Petsmart.

There's a posting outside with a number to call so that they can come out to receive and return our pets. The staff was friendly and and wore their mask in compliance to the COVID-19 guidelines. We wanted to challenge their students by having them learn how to groom small size animals and they did achieve it throughtheir great instructors. They admitted that it wasn't easy, but they did an outstanding job. If you have never been to this place I highly recommend that you do!

They followed our medication regiment exactly how we asked and they even turned on the music to help the pups be calm during fireworks. You can request hikes for your dog too. BUT. One of my favorite things they did is that on a day that was way too hot for a dog, they chose not to walk our dog.
