I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dog Pawlour in Fort Collins. Before my dog's…read moregrooming appointment, I was very clear and explicit that a sensitive area was not to be shaved. Despite those instructions, they shaved it anyway. Since the appointment, my pup has been visibly uncomfortable, agitated, and appears to be in pain. As a pet owner, it is heartbreaking to see your dog hurt after trusting a groomer with their care. What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Aside from saying "sorry," there has been little acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation or responsibility for ignoring clear instructions that resulted in my dog being injured. I am sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision. Please be cautious and make sure your instructions are followed if you choose to bring your pet here.

I can say that without a doubt we will be back for consistent grooming from now on. I was a bit hesitant only because we have had such bad luck with other groomers just not making a difference. While we were out in Fort Collins, we figured to grab new things for the hellhounds at The Mausoleum. This place had some good rolled cheeks for a reasonable price, and it is their favorite. We also found a few decently durable toys with ropes in them so the barking dorks at home think their new toys aren't detroyed seconds after they get them. Some prices are a bit high, though, even for this goblin. All in all; Decent place to hit up.

We have a rescue terrier named Melissa and she is afraid of EVERYTHING. We have been asked to not…read morereturn to some groomers because they just cannot help her. She hates people touching her feet, she hates people touching her head, and she hates being brushed. Awesome. As a last resort, we reached out to Michelle and explained our situation. She is a miracle worker. Sure, Melissa needs a little (humane) muzzle but Michelle lets me hold her and she is able to trim her nails. Yesterday, Michelle trimmed a little matte out of Melissa's hair (she has one soft patch of hair on top of her head that gets tangled- sigh). Our other dog, a chihuahua, is easier to deal with but, nonetheless we will NEVER go to another groomer as long as Michelle is in business. We are eternally grateful to her!

The facility was sparkling clean and the bath stalls were not only accommodating but creative! I cannot recommend Cosmic Dog enough! The price is fair for the services provided and the frequent wash card availability is a bonus. Bottom line.... if you have a dirty fur baby, this is the place to go!!!!! 02/03/2018: Cosmic Dog NEVER disappoints. Our visits here are nothing short of amazing. Trixie, our beloved senior Blue Heeler, is a nervous Nellie but always trots happily out the door after a visit here. The staff is friendly and makes it a point to get to know your fur baby. The products offered for bath time are quality and the procedure is perfect. The elevated tubs are a back saver and the dryer ensures your pooch ready to venture outside. The colorful stalls and set up makes bathing your baby easy and efficient. I appreciate a business that puts so much thought into their offerings. Thanks again for such sterling customer service and quality product at an affordable price! We will be returning here again and again!!!!!!!
