Visited this location recently! Totally appalled at the cashier who had a phone conversation going…read moreon while working the register . Young gentleman had the person on speaker - older lady, who just kept talking. I didn't pay attention to the conversation but it was like a regular casual conversation. The young man would pick up his phone to reply to the lady then put it down for all of us to hear while he rang up our purchases. I bought a magazine that would not ring up. He said twice, it must be "discontinued'. . I showed him 5 additional same magazines and said he may need to key in the sku number. He said he didn't know how. He finally said Manager will need to key it. I had to ask him to get her! Her name is April. She came up to key the code but did NOT address the phone issue which the phone was laying there with the caller still talking. I realize if he had not been trained to key an item that will not scan but it's rude and unprofessional to have a personal cell and phone conversation if you're working especially the register!!
