I appreciated how he did not rely heavily on the diagnoses of other doctors but used them simply as guidelines in which to focus his conversations with me. The office said she had just suddenly removed me as a client. They didn't have a therapist to replace her for me. They would have to put me on a 6 month out waiting list! Because I no longer had a therapist, I couldn't have my psychiatrist anymore. No refills of my antidepressants! I had to wean myself off them which caused my depression to return. It is good and healthy to encourage play therapy and figuring out how we feel and how our emotions effect our daily lives and decisions. The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. The place is rather big with several small to mid size offices. There are families and kids in and out at all hours. The flexible schedule they offer given school hours is helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. They take a variety of insurance companies like BCBS and are not uptight about it.
