You need professionals to help when the negotiations and sales paperwork start and don't forget its the estate agent who co-ordinates the solicitors to make sure your sale or puchase goes through smoothly. They have found good buyers and achieved a good price, often the asking price for our properties when selling but have negotiated equally well to help us get a good purchase price when buying. This is our 3rd transaction through Jackson -Stops and we highly recommend them.
