Fun park, dogs love it. Only bad thing is you have to pay for a dog to come. Good for children though.

This was my first time. We had a closed off section in the back of the bar area but they also have a doggy gym and play area. There were a number of doggy alumni there with their owners. The bar has a food and drink menu and the staff were very friendly. Be mindful that the menu prices don't match the prices items ring in at so check your total before you pay. Overall a nice place to bring your pup and enjoy some food and drink. There is also a dog park right outside.

I have to say that our young pup had a complete BLAST, so it definitely was worth the hour drive for our visit. The doggy playground is a pretty large space that has various obstacle courses apparatuses that dogs can attempt to conquer while playing with other dogs. I really appreciated that Snouts & Stouts' layout was pretty well organized. I thought the rules for both humans and dogs were pretty fair. Also, we really appreciated the speed in which our dog's vaccination records were verified. We managed to email our dog's vet records and have them confirmed within an hour of our first visit. Unlike most regular dog parks, Snouts & Stouts had a couple of folks (aka "rufferees") to ensure that everyone was having a good time. I loved the idea of the rufferees because it is a great way to have an unbiased person regulate the playground. As one might suspect, some owners can be super-sensitive or super-lax regarding their dog's behaviors and interactions with other dogs and humans. The playground has a separate place from the play ground where humans and dogs can consume their food. However, folks are permitted to consume beverages in the main playing area. The bar had an extensive variety of fun beverages for both humans and dogs. I thought the beers and cocktails were reasonable priced considering the area. Unfortunately, the chef was unavailable during our visit so we could not try any of the human food. A minor issue for me because I was STARVING. Fortunately for my appetitive, Snouts and Stouts had plenty of beers (particularly IPAs) that I could choose from. In general, I thought the playground was pretty clean and well-maintained. While the area was not super clean, it defiantly was 100% cleaner than any outdoor dog park. During our visit, I did notice that there was a mop bucket with soapy water near the dogs' water stations. While the mop bucket wasn't a huge deal, I thought it was a little strange that it was in that location considering a dog or two could have access to the soapy water. Perhaps, this was a minor oversight by the staff. I thought the price of entry (10 bucks for a day pass) was extremely generous. Also, if you purchase $40 worth of food and drinks (as of July 2025), you'll receive a free day pass for your next visit. Looking forward to making Snouts and Stouts a nice treat for our dog...as well as ourselves.

The field next door was also used by pups, which was great considering it was a vast space! We'll definitely return since it's convenient. Folks tend to pick up after their dogs which leads me to... - Cleanliness: This park always is clean and poops are quickly bagged and thrown into the nearby available trash can. - Benches: There are a couple benches on either end of the park for folks to sit in - Well fenced in: Once the fence is secured shut, it is practically impossible for pups to escape this park. - Water-- There is a water bowl and faucet present. The faucet only works some of the time, so the bowl cannot always be filled, but when it is, that is a nice plus. Cons: - Lack of lights: I don't believe there are lights in this dog park, which would be nice to have, especially when the days are a bit shorter. - Gravel-y ground: The gravel-y texture texture of this park can really make your pup dirty, especially if he/she is prone to laying or rolling quite a bit. Any ball or toy you bring will also likely be very dirtied after leaving this park. I have two white dogs who always need to be cleaned or bathed after being brought here. They get even dirtier here after it rains. - Proximity to giant field: This dog park is next to a giant fenced in field, which I believe is used for athletics, and does not permit unleashed dogs. However, many people bring their dogs to the field instead of the park, because the field is much bigger. I think there is a temptation to just let your dogs run in the field, especially given the gravel-y makeup of the dog park, and the fact that the field is bigger and also fenced in.

It's a great place for dogs in the city to run around and get out all their energy. There's almost always at least a couple dogs there so there will always be a friend for your dog to play with. MOST of the people that go here are friendly and chill, understanding when the very rare dog kerfuffle takes place, and are welcoming to newcomers. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because occasionally people who regularly go here forget that it is technically still a neighborhood park and many different types of people live in this neighborhood. I have seen adults treat children who just want to look at dogs in a very mean way. I understand that children are not allowed in without adult supervision, but I have seen adults threaten to call the cops on kids who couldn't be more than 10 just because they tried to enter the park instead of just calmly explaining the rules.
