She seemed friendly enough & I signed up for a BCBS Medicare Advantage plan (mistake given #1 priority is extensive travel) which I never really liked. When I pushed back & said I wanted to learn about Humana's plans, she ignored my requests for info ... but never told me she was just a sales person for BCBS! Did my own research, switched to a Medicare Medigap plan which is much better. Also discovered during switch that FloridaBlue has been ripping me off for 2 years with an undisclosed late enrollment penalty for drugs, what appears to be an industry scam. Noone tells you you're being wrongly charged for something as Medicare is pretty hands-off ... and caught Aetna playing same game, so cancelled that policy before it became active. Medicare is tricky to but it bluntly so here are the folks I feel you can trust as they've both got tons of great videos on YouTube to help you make educated choices.
