This service is terrible!! I specifically said I had a Type 1 Diabetic son and need great coverage for Medications and doctors visits. I had to call an urgent care provider for medications due to the lack of RX services not available. I paid out of pocket for his prescription and I am still outraged. read more

Is this place a legitimate a company? They sure do seem to blow their cover with the HORRIBLE customer service they provide! I was simply asking general questions with a strong interest in what insurance products they provide. On two different days, I spoke to a "Lamar" and a "Stacia", you would think that these two not only hate their lives, but also hate the company they represent. ZERO personality, EXTREMELY rude, THE WORST Customer service I have ever experienced! Stacia hung up on me when I asked to speak to the supervisor. Horrible company who lies through their teeth only to gain clients to pay for their horrendous insurance. The plans are a compete scam where nothing gets covered once it comes to actually going to a doctor. Once you decide to cancell the policy, they keep telling you that is processed and will recieve an email in within 24h but the reality is that it never happens, and it's been days and days of calling and they keep saying: We do not see any records of cancellation, let us submitt it again. and this goes on for days meanwhile they keep charging you for the monthly fee of the insurance and have to fight it back with my bank to reverse the charges. Stay away from these crooks and scammers. They will take your money and offer zero support. Good luck if you want to cancel, they will lie and avoid cancelling so they can keep charging you. If I could give LESS than 1 star I would. This Company and the agent Mr. William John are LIARS and SCAMS. After assuring me that they were selling me a PPO, I received an insurance card that said otherwise. I cancelled my expensive BUT GOOD policy for this nonsense and now I must wait until the open enrollment period to get quality care. I have had to cancel all of my upcoming appoiuntments as a result. I feel like an idiot because I fell for this misleading sales pitch. William John was the agent who is now NEVER available to try to fix this situation. Very misleading sales pitch. I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. Willian John gave me a price that was way better than my existing policy and touted all the benefits like low premium and 0 deductible, but failed to disclose the caveat, which is that there was no coverage for major medical expenses, which is the only reason I care to have coverage since I have no expensive meds and only go to the Dr twice annually. I was also told it included dental and vision, which did not seem to be the case. They're sales people that do not look after their clientele. Thankfully it was easy to cancel for a refund through United Health, but I would not trust any product this company may be trying to sell you. Find an agent who actually understands your situation and will look out for your best interest. Do not waste your time with this company. They deserve to go out of business. read more

I was told I was getting a PPO Network plan with 70% of all medical bills covered, 80% of prescription costs paid, & Allstate has informed me I have a limited benefit plan that basically pays nothing. Like most other people on here: If I could give zero stars, I would for this company. I spoke to a Tristan Daniels who spoke to me about an A+ rated insurance company that they signed me up with. Initial cost was $289, and $189 monthly premiums. Mr. Daniels explained that IF I was not satisfied within 30 days I could cancel and receive a refund. As fate had it, this insurance was HORRIBLE. I called every PCP I'd ever had in the past to find out if they accepted this insurance, and none did. Therefore, my costs were 100% out of pocket. So, within 2 weeks I called United Enrollment Services back to cancel. They let me know that Tristan was the only one who could help and that he was on the line with another person. They sent me to his voicemail and said wait for a call-back that never came. So, the next month I was charged the monthly $189. This was insane. I called them to cancel and request my refundS, to which they denied, claiming I never called prior to this. I am out almost $500 and they REFUSE to honor their 30-day-money-back guarantee. AWFUL! Extreme sales tactics used on an unsuspecting mother who then asked for my credit card. After investigation I learned I'm being Charged an extra $80 a month for not going directly to the service provider. I called to cancel the future dated coverage and was met with delay tactics such as (being put on hold for long periods of time, repeatedly asking the question of why I was canceling, and pretending the system was loading.) Finally their resolution was to have a case manager call me... which contradicts the initial dialog of sending me to customer service to cancel. by the way... they send you to the provider you purchased customer service not theirs. The Google Guidelines warn about "inappropriate" language, so I must temper my words carefully. "Disreputable LIARS" are about the only acceptable words that seem to fit the Guidelines. "Misrepresentation" would be far too kind. I will Not use the Agent's name, since, after the fact, when I discovered just how bad & outrageous their Lies were, and called in, I spoke to another Agent and escalated to a "Supervisor" (actually unknown), their attitude was simply unbelievable. It seems the Duplicity is Endemic to the entire organization. In short, they will say anything to dodge responsibility, and their desire and/or ability, to provide relief or help, is non-existent. My best advice to any who are contacted by them, for Health Insurance (or any other Coverage for that matter), is to immediately hang up & Block their Number. That may sound more than a bit Harsh, but months of bitter experience with Allstate have, at least for me, validated that advice. This may come under "Damning With Faint Praise", but the Allstate Plan that they are "Hustling" does provide Coverage, albeit it is Extremely LIMITED Coverage, and was not what was represented to be. I cannot overemphasize that last point. PS: I reached out to Allstate, as I consider them an Insurance Industry Leader, with a generally Good Reputation, and explained that this "SCAM Outfit" was using their Good Name, and under the Imprimatur of the "Allstate" Name, Misrepresenting a Marginal Product, for more than it was. Sadly, Allstate has yet to do anything about this Outfit. Maybe, for Allstate, it really is..."All About The Money", and that's Sad & Disappointing.
