If it's anything other than a well visit, I'm told by phone staff to go to an Urgent Care-even if I am willing to wait up to a week for a sick appointment. I have had this practice decline my sick call appointment requests all 3 times I have attempted to make one over the past 5 years. Turns out i was in the middle of a medical crisis I could get NO ONE To help me. Callingthe front desk was useless. Another doctor told me if they could not get me in to go straight to the ER since it had been 2 weeks. I called the office. I was 4th in the queue. When it was my turn, they didn't even pick up. They put me in voicemail. The OTHER Doctor sent me to the ER. Did i ever hear from them? NO. I had to call the after hours service to talk to the doctor on call. It is a shame because I met Dr. Glover 15 yrs ago and liked her. I am with another doctor who is awesome.

WE WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES AND LEFT!!…read more This was my son's first time seeing this physician. I initially chose this doctor's office because it was close to our home, and it had two good reviews. WE SAT AND WAITED AND WAITED, while someone else that showed up 20 after us was brought back immediately.
