After attemping to change auto/home insurance to Statefarm I was quoted as well as recieved a…read morebinder for one amount. After underwriting it was increased by a few hundred dollars. Also, when Statefarm came to do their inspection of my property the representative went to the wrong house which resulted in a cancellation as well as a delay in issuance. After me having send them pictures of my house to prove they had reviewed the incorrect address it delayed finilizing the policy beyond the expiration date with my prior carrier. This resulted with a verbal statement from the Statefarm Representative that it had moved thru underwriting and was assured the prices quoted were indeed the cost, however when I received the billing it had increased. BAD BUSINESS, as a past business owner for over 40 years I know and realize mistakes happen and can be corrected, however I feel this agency as well its representative were extremely unprofessional. I hope this was an isolated incident, however be aware if your choosing this agent to help with your insurance needs, do you due diligence.

Horrible customer service and bad attitude from most of the agents in this office, I will never do…read morebusiness with State Farm again. I started service with State Farm a year ago under false pretense, I was initially given a low quote once in the office that quote was higher. The agent guaranteed it would change back to low quote in six months. Time after time I was given excuse after excuse as to why my policy still remained high. Finally I'm told that it's not going to change unless I'm a customer with them for three years!!!! One thing I cannot deal with is not being able to trust the company that I am doing business with. They made an error and are not willing to corrected after I gave them several chances to do so. Three other insurance companies are giving me lower quotes then their original low quote. I would never recommend their services to anyone
