I had several MRI performed at Rose Radiolgy several years ago and each time they did a fine job. I plan to schedule another MRI some time this Month (October 2026) Look forward to another professional interaction with their friendly professional staff. Orlando Stone read more

They were actually pretty quick, was done 20 minutes after my appointment time. Appreciate it!

Front office staff was great. My pregnant girlfriend had an ultrasound today. (1st time parents) We were called to the back and as the ultrasound started I was told I couldn't video my own child's ultrasound. Apparently due to a HIPPA violation.. I work in the medical field and I know exactly what constitutes a HIPPA violation and what doesn't. Honestly, I didn't plan on doing a review or anything like that. But I heard the comments you both made as I was waiting for my girlfriend to use the restroom.. both of you need to brush up on your HIPPA training, and be better healthcare clinicians. read more

Closed. Was a very friendly to go to. Short times to be seen. Great parking. Great e xrays . Nice areas. Just what was needed in your inquiry. Never a bother about bringing kids either. read more

I made an appointment last week. I was not told that I was being "squeezed in" what the receptionist called a "power hour." I was told to be here early and my appointment would be 30 minutes. After waiting for about 30 minutes I asked when I could expect to be taken back. She told me I was next. Then I watched as another patient who arrived 30 minutes after me was taken back. Mind you, that patient was in the waiting room when I was told I was next. I have now been sitting the waiting 1 hour, 20 minutes. When I explained I was needed at work I was told they would write me a doctor's note like was going to school. This office failed in 2 ways: 1. They misled me at scheduling saying to expect 45 minutes when at the time of scheduling (squeezing me in) they knew that was something they couldn't't guarantee 2. The desk client blatantly lied saying I would be next when the patient who was next was already waiting. read more

It's almost been a month since I've visited this location and have yet to receive my exam results

Despite the ads this place is convenient. They work after hours to accolade your work schedule and I have had several MRI's there. Always cooperative. They have a plan for no insurance which is nice. The quality of the MRI's as far as picture imaging is top notch. read more

The location is a bid off the street so you can't see it really from Armenia, however it's easily accessed once you turn into the plaza. The establishment has always been very clean and orderly on all my visits. My family and I have been using Rose Radiology centers for our medical imaging needs for a while now. I have always felt welcomed by the staff and their friendly face is just another pleasant experience to add to the list. Their medical professionals are well trained and detail oriented. I have trust in their ability to meet and exceed the standards in place read more

Chasing more records and MRI's. Service was good before when I had the MRI multiple areas. Nice atmosphere and experience. They have been bought out because Dr. Rose sold. Some problems. Records were not ready as promised when I called had to wait a few minutes. Not too bad. read more

Just wanted to mention that my mom had been to this place and had a lot of trouble with her bills, and I had to step in and help her. This led to a lot of very interesting information that some of the procedures they did on my mom were not medically needed. Department of Justice U.S. Attorney's Office Middle District of Florida Friday, January 29, 2016 Rose Radiology Centers Agree To Pay More Than $8 Million For False Billing Of Medical Procedures And Kickbacks Tampa - Rose Radiology Centers Inc. has agreed to pay $8.71 million to the government to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by billing federal health care programs for radiology procedures that were not medically necessary or furnished in violation of applicable Federal regulations, the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida announced today. Rose Radiology is a provider of radiology services and has offices in multiple locations in the greater Tampa area. "This settlement resolves myriad allegations involving standards of medical care, false billing practices, and breaches of trust," said U.S. Attorney A. Lee Bentley, III. "There is no room for such practices in our public health care programs. We will continue to do everything within our power to protect the public against such violations, when and where they are found." read more

I had no issues with setting up my appointment. In fact...I was impressed with that process. I ended up calling a location that doesn't do the test I needed. Instead of just giving me a number to call the other office the lady I was speaking with places me on hold and called the other office for me. Impressive!! On the day I arrived the front desk staff was friendly and so were the techs. Jeff the X-ray guy was so friendly. I loved working with him. The reason this review is a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I arrived for my appointment over an hour early and yet I was seen like 30 minutes after my appointment time. For this test I had to fast and it was like a 1.5 hr test. That means I didn't get out of the office till noon. I was STARVING!! read more

I would not recommend Tower Radiology over Rose Radiology. Rose collects your insurance information, but apparently does not check for coverage. Instead, they charge you the full amount up front. When I checked with my health insurance and found out what I had done was covered at 100%, I had to request a refund. I was told it would come at the end of last month. Still nothing. It's been almost two months since services and I still haven't been refunded over $300. read more

Horrible horrible customer service. They do not get the approvals from insurance companies on time and then call the evening before to tell you that you have a huge copay that they never told you about. Skip this Rose Radiology location. read more

This place is a huge money making scam. They incorrectly billed my insurance and made fraudulent claims. Thank goodness someone finally reported their unethical behavior, as I hear the government is now forcing them to pay more than $8 million for false billing of medical procedures and kickback. read more

Called 3 weeks in advance to setup a special Ct Scan that I have to have every year since I have 2 previous cancers. They wait until 14 HOURS before my procedure after I've scheduled with my job and worked around my schedule to tell me they neglected to get full approval from my insurance company and wanted to do part of the scan one day and another part another. Which would mean TWO co-pays. I don't think so...... Horrible customer service. The woman on the phone seemed completely lost as to what she should do. She should have just called right then and got the additional approval from my insurance, or went ahead and had me come in and get it done while I'm there rather than cancel the night before. Ridiculous. read more

I am pretty easy going and don't like to give negative reviews but this place I just cannot give 5 stars to. From the staff to the ambiance of the place it was just not good. I had just visited tower diagnostics in Brandon for an MRI and needed to get a CT Scan done so I had an idea of what impeccable service was. I gave this place 2 stars because they were able to get me in same day but that is the extent of positivity. The waiting room was blah, the chairs lined up so close to the check in counter that your butt is literally right on someone while you are trying to check in. Forget confidentiality, everyone is hearing your business. I was there because I actually had a neck fracture and the chairs were unbelievably uncomfortable. I preferred to stand because it was horrible. Once I got back the tech doing the scan was just rude. Mind you I have NEVER had this done before and was nervous. The tech at tower was AMAZING! He was patient and understanding and just wonderful. Not so much can be said about the tech at Rose. I had a nose piercing and had inquired about whether or not I had to remove it and was told know but this lady insisted it would mess up the scans on my neck and back. When I was asking questioning she threw her hand up and said ok whatever. I literally told my husband I wanted to just wait until Monday and go back to tower. He calmed me down and we got through it. Upon leaving they offered to burn the images onto a CD and after waiting 15 minutes told us they couldn't get it to work. Just a horrible experience But what I can do is share my experience and if you can get into tower over Rose....DO IT!!!! I cannot refer anyone to them based on what I experienced between them and Tower. read more

I will NEVER go back here again ... The ppl behind the desk act like youre bothering them just to ask a simple question ... I will say Lauren was really nice & helpful over the phone!!! The actual MRI process wasn't bad BUT please be aware that if you request images on a disk for your physician , TAMPA GENERAL can NOT open them !!! I've picked up two separate disk at two separate times & my Neurosurgeon couldn't open either one... My surgeon said it's on Rose Radiology end & Rose said its on Tampa General end !!! Very frustrating !!! I'm now possibly having to do another MRI at another location/Tampa General!!! NOT HAPPY with the back & forth & run around FOR NOTHING read more

Very Bad customer service. I was treated better at the tag office!!! Appt aS at 7 30 am.so that's when I showed up. 735. I was told they can't see me because there is 15 min of paperwork to do. She than began to tell me if I want to wait around she will try to get me in some time but no promises. Btw way I was the only patient in the office for over a half hour!!!! RUDE. DON'T GO TO ARMENIA LOCATION read more

The staff was terrible! I was the 2nd person in at 7:45am and didn't get seen until 8:20. It was clear to me that the patients were not the priority as they discussed personal matters. The waiting room continued to get crowded and by the time I left at 8:50, it was completely full. I felt like I was at a blood work lab or at the DMV. read more

Made an appointment for a cat scan. When I got there they told me that they got authorization for the wrong test. They're fault. So I had to leave. It was my first time going to the.
