The day I went they just experienced a power outage so their machines were in process of restarting so the wait times were taking longer than expected and they were not even sure the machines would be back up and working. But the staff didn't mention this to anyone or call anyone with appointments to let them know. The only reason I knew was because of overhearing staff talk at the front desk. And when 1 lady asked about the wait time they told her. This type of information they should disclose to patients so that we are aware and should a reschedule be necessary because someone cannot wait then they can take those steps. The place is also FREEZING COLD! It literally felt like I walked into a meat locker. Finally called back and the nurse taking the mammogram was very nice. She even agreed about the coldness of the place. They walk you back to a room where you get undressed and place a gown on. You can keep your belongings in the little room while you go get scans done. They then walk up back to the dressing room and you are on your way. Quick and easy process.

The MRI Technologist wss very friendly and explained the exam/procedure in detail. I was expecting to be in there for over an hour based on ChatGPT. But I was done in maybe 30-40 minutes. I did have to sit in the waiting room in a while because I wasn't warned thay the contrast could make me feel dizzy and brain foggy. They were kind enough to make CDs of the MRI images for my physicians while I waited in the waiting room. It was a pleasant experience, but next time I know to have my husband or a friend drive me for a contrast study.

They have rooms for you to change and lock your belongings while they conduct the scanning. I did freak out during my scan so they pulled me out from the machine and allowed me to breathe then were patient with me while putting me back in. I kept my eyes closed the entire time which helped the second time around.

I work in the medical field and I know exactly what constitutes a HIPPA violation and what doesn't. Honestly, I didn't plan on doing a review or anything like that. But I heard the comments you both made as I was waiting for my girlfriend to use the restroom.. both of you need to brush up on your HIPPA training, and be better healthcare clinicians.

I felt cared for and appreciated during my 45 minutes at this Baycare imaging facility. At 1:15, Debra checked me in with efficiency and courtesy. She was very friendly and helpful. While I waited to be seen for my ultrasound, I completed forms given to me by Debra. When I was done, I was given a soft pink bathrobe for my gown and a pink bag to use for my clothing. Celena came for me as soon as I was done changing. She was patient, efficient, professional, and kind. It was actually quite relaxing to be laying on her table! After 15 minutes, she asked me to wait while the doctor read my ultrasound. After he compared it to my mammogram, she returned and said that the doctor found nothing abnormal. She said everything appeared fine. I changed my clothes and I was done! This was a very pleasant experience and I will return next year.

I know I just met Dr. Matthew Berlet at St. Joesph Hospital in Tampa, Florida. All I can say is…read moredoctor to patient manors are top notch he's a very nice guy he answered all the questions I had to ask last week before I had my first steroid injection in to my lower back. While the procedure was on going he made sure I was okay while he was injecting the steroids after the procedure was finish he made sure I was doing okay before leaving the procedure room. Then the staff finished the clean up like cleaning up around the injection site putting on a nice band aid to help stop the bleeding after I bled out while the procedure was taken place. Over all experience I am happy that Doctor Berlet made sure I was taken care of and made sure nothing bad popped up around the site area. If your looking over doctor who specializes in steroid injections for your back depends on the case look in to Doctor Berlet. He does have doctor privlidges at St. Joesph hospital in Tampa, Florida.

Scheduled me with Dr. Cronen who specializes in the spine. Their office is located on the second floor in Suite C. Masks required right now. The waiting room is large and is setup for social distancing. Arrived and went to the front for check in. They handed me paperwork and a tablet for checking in. Went and took my seat, within like 10 minutes of waiting I was called back!! Amazing. Based on the number of people in the waiting area I thought I would be waiting longer. So impressed off the start! Nurse was very friendly and when it was time for X-rays the tech was also very friendly. I walk really slow right now and they slowed their pace without hesitation. Dr. Cronen came in and reviewed the X-rays and treatment with me. Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor! Not only talked about medical treatment but also talked about personal things as a means to get to know me as a patient.
