She was not in it to service the customer. I say, stay away. I asked her how long she had been an optometrist and after evading the questions several times, she asked me what I did for a living. Turns out, after pressed, she was licensed in 2022. No problem but why be evasive and what did my profession have to do with it. I'm not here in a professional capacity, you are. Is it a crime to ask about you when I'm relying on your profession opinion about whether to have surgery? Absolutely unprofessional!

This Boots store in Exeter is ok, and stocks a large amount of stuff that you would usually expect…read more It is spread out over 2 floors, with the baby stuff helpfully being on the 2nd floor! The queues are usually pretty long downstairs, but you get there in the end. The pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and will do what they can to help if you have questions. The used to have a cafe upstairs, and toilets you could use, but they appear to have gone now, which is a shame.
